Google5Dean and partner are very knowledgeable. He showed up the next day on time. Did not try to sell us anything else just quickly found the problem with our garage door and fixed it. Fair price. Great local vendor !

Google2Not the same experience as others. Set up an appointment to perform a periodic maintenance check of garage door / operator. Two-person crew arrived & I opened garage door. Started by lubing springs / rollers & I went back inside. A few minutes later a heard a knock on the door & lead worker said they were done. Including the two minutes it took me to write the check, from the time they arrived to leaving was less than ten minutes. No matter how knowledgeable / efficient, find it hard to believe all rollers, fasteners, safety settings, etc. could have been fully checked over that quickly. At $75, works out to about $550 an hour.

Google55 stars definitely! Would go higher if I could! I called about replacing the door gasket and had left a message. Within 5 minutes my call was answered and they happened to be up the street finishing another service. They stopped by and replaced my door gasket and serviced the rest of the system. You can’t go wrong with Mesquite Garage Door!

These weren’t your run-of-the-mill springs and had to be specially ordered. True to form, the carrier, UPS, delayed the shipping, which seems to be a common occurrence. However, what stood out to me was the consistent and clear communication from Mesquite Garage Doors throughout this process. It was evident that they place a high value on customer service and satisfaction. When the springs finally arrived, the installation was a breeze, taking no more than 20 minutes. Not only were the springs installed, but the technician also took the time to lubricate the wheels and drive, ensuring a smooth operation. It’s this attention to detail that really makes a service stand out. I wholeheartedly recommend Mesquite Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door services. Their conscientious approach to the work and their customers is something I deeply appreciate. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me!

Google5I would rate this business a 10 star if I could. Dean immediately returned my call and came out to my house the same day. He is incredibly fair and very knowledgeable on all aspects of garage door repairs. I will use him for any future garage door repairs.

Yelp5My garage door remotes no longer worked on one of my garage door openers. I called on Monday and these two fine gentlemen came by on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. Bad circuit board in the opener. They cam by the next day with a new board and installed it. Works Perfect now! This was the second time I used them. The first time I had them install new rollers on both doors. Outstanding Service!! Highly recommend Mesquite Garage Door

Yelp5Eric and Dean showed up within a day to repair my garage door and did a great job. A-1 service. Don't confuse these local Mesquite guys with the company in St. George that tries to use their name. Only Eric and Dean are the local guys who will do it fast and will do it for the best price.
