Google5Easy to get a hold of and set up an appointment. They explained the product type and models they use. Their technicians, Dylan and Joey were amazing, they helped explaining everything, helped program the remotes and keypad. They even went above and beyond to adjust the garage door lock that was not properly installed on the spot. Such a great experience.

Google5I had a snapped spring on my garage door. I took the springs off and took them to their office/shop, they educated me on the different springs and informed me that I had two different springs. So they corrected my mismatch springs and cut me new springs. Unfortunately when I went in all their techs were in the field, so I had to drop my springs off (4pm). By 7pm that same evening I had a tech at my door delivering my new springs at no additional cost. Incredible people and company, as well as top notch customer service. Thank you JAS for an outstanding buying experience. You have my business from here on out!!

Google5Even with their phone service down they called me back on another phone within an hour, provided an accurate quote and came out to fix our broken garage door the same day! Most competitive price, super friendly and fastest service. On-site technician was so nice, knowledgeable and fast!

Google5I needed my garage door fixed asap. Called them in the morning and they were there in the afternoon to fix it. Not only did they fix the problem with the garage door, they were kind and courteous. They also offered to replace the light in the garage opener. I highly recommend them and will call them in the future for any garage door needs. Thank you!!

Google5Had my garage door, opener and trim around the garage frame itself, replaced this last Monday. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with not only their work, but their professionalism, friendliness, and being genuinely concerned about all the issues I've had with the old door after buying my home last fall, and explaining things from the time I got their estimate and opinion on what was needed. They made me feel very secure and important to them, and that is huge. They cleaned up very well and helped my neighbor with setting his outside door remote with his pin, when he walked over and asked for help. I didn't know this until that evening from my neighbor. Very happy they did that as well. I highly recommend JAS for all your overhead door needs. You won't be sorry! From Tracy who handles the phones and lots of scheduling, it was a terrific experience.

Google5MAKE THEM YOUR FIRST AND ONLY CALL FOR ALL YOUR GARAGE NEEDS. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service I received! From the inquiry call until the job was complete, JAS was very professional, overly knowledgeable, and straightforward about costs. The technicians proved me with ample information about my garage door as well as the springs that were both broken. When they were finished, the garage door worked better than before the springs broke and is almost silent when in motion plus there is no loud thud door when it lowers. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM and trust their work!

Google5These guys are great! I needed a garage door opener repair; they came out and got it fixed in half an hour! They could have cheated me on the deal because I don't know much about what might have been wrong, but they explained everything and charged me less than quoted because the job didn't take as much as originally thought. Also told me what to do to keep the opener in good shape. Great service, reasonable rates, nice folks!

Yelp1Response to calls/voicemails is poor at best. We used JAS for a replacement garage door. They installed the replacement, at which time tj he technician stated they adjusted the downward pressure on the garage door as high as they could so the new door would stay flush to the ground. After using the door 3 times the bracket holding the garage door down bent. Called JAS, they came out and looked and never got back to us. After a week of waiting we called back and they stated they had nothing to do with the issue and a new piece would be $500. Don't use them

Yelp1We had this company come out to give us a quote on whether to repair or replace our garage door. They seemed a little disorganized during initial talks, but I gave it a pass. After their sales guy came on a Friday, he told me we'd get a quote the following Monday. One week passed and we heard nothing. So, I called, answered questions that they'd already asked, and again was told we'd get a quote the following week. There has been no communication since. Obviously, we went with another contractor. But, it's frustrating for a business to be so unresponsive. Complete waste of time talking to JAS.

Yelp5I have had two other garage door repairs in the past from two different companies. I wasn't satisfied with the first two so looked for yet another when I needed another repair. The customer service was great and they fit me in the next day. I told the two men that I had other companies in the past and what they had done. They looked at the problem and then went on to tweek what the other companies had not done right. There was no big bill and they were reasonable with the charges. I wish I had called them first instead of having shoddy work done by the other two companies. Now my garage door closes all the way down and has no gap where cold air could just blow through like last winter. This was not the problem I called them for so I was glad they could fix that also. Honest people are hard to come by and experienced workers are even scarcer.

Yelp5I have had from this company a few times, usually on the overhead springs. Always great service, quick, reasonably priced and very courteous workers. The most impressive response came recently when I was having trouble with my garage door going down. It would start down and seem to get jammed up and go back up. I called JAS and after a few questions Steve said he could have a service tech out in about an hour but that if I was willing there were a couple of things that I could try first to fix the problem. I am not the best handyman but I can handle simple task. He explained a few things that I could do and said if they don't work call him back on his cell phone and he would be right over. I did the things he said and the door has worked fine. Not sure there are a lot of repair companies willing to give up a service call fee, especially when he probably knew it was a simple fix. Great company. Great people. I will never call anyone else.

Yelp5I called several different companies to fix my broken garage door and the earliest that could get to my home was 3 days later. I call JAS and explained what was going on to the clerk(believe his name was Steve) and he told me exactly what I was experiencing and what the problem was as if he was there in the garage with me! He promptly sent Jeremy and Ricardo out to fix the problem in a timely manner. These gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!

Yelp5FANTASTIC service and very reasonably priced. My torsen spring broke and I called around comparing prices. This company was the only one upfront with every cost regardless of how small - no hidden or surprise expenses. They were able to come out the same day and the two men that performed the work were very professional and friendly - they worked well together as an orchastrated team and wasted no time. Attention was given to the entire system; besides replacing the broken spring, they inspected, performed track alligments, and lubricated everything... all included in the cost of the service call. I highly recommend JAS; I will use their service in the future if needed.
