All went smoothly, and Scott kept me informed on what he was doing. Services Rendered: Sentry installed new garage door motor and hardware some 8 years ago. Now door would open only a few inches, and couldn't be lifted manually. Also would close and then reopen. I left message Wednesday night, and by 9:30 Thurs morning Scott came out and replaced two springs and lubed mechanism, all by 11 am, shortly before we had to leave on a trip.

They are a really good company. I use them every time something goes wrong with my garage door. They have really impressed me. They told me on the phone what to do to get my garage door to work again without sending somebody. They told me exactly what to do on the phone without any cost or charge. It was a simple adjustment that I could make that nobody had ever told me about, and it worked fine. I just had to line up my circuit breaker that goes across the garage the right way. Sentry Garage Doors origianlly installed my garage door and opener in 2002. This summer, the garage door opener sensors misaligned and the opener wasn't working properly. I called the company and was able to schedule an appointment within a day to repair the sensors. The repairman was on time, professional and friendly. He repaired the sensors, as well as did much needed maintanence. I also asked if a keypad was available for my garage door or if one could even be installed. In no time, a keypad was installed! They did a great job...both when they originallly installed the garage door in 2002 and when they did repair/maintainence in 2011. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door opener sensors and installed an outside keypad.

I'm reminded of Sentry now because so many of my friends have garage door problems, and I don't. My neighbor insisted that other people got "cheaper" garage door openers and services, but the last thing I want in the world is a cheap garage door opener!! Services Rendered: Sentry installed my garage door, and I was very impressed with them. One of the ways I was impressed is "after sale." I asked about my door not opening/closing on the phone and they gave me information and how to fix it in that phone call! It was opening easily in 60 seconds. There was a cobweb in front of the "eye" that prevents the door closing if something is in the way. It would be easy for them to say, "Oh, we'll have to send someone out...." and bring in revenue. Instead, they did what was best for the customer. What a good company.

We called in the morning and got an time estimate of between 12 and 2 that day. Rich arrived at 1, diagnosed the problem and repaired two garage doors. .He explained the problem and gave us the bill. He was done in about an hour and did a great job. I would absolutely call them again for the next repair. Great company. Services Rendered: We had a broken spring on one door and ian ncorrectly installed door on the other that was causing a very loud sqeak.

The Service Rep was Dale and he was very helpful, worked fast, answered all our questions and gave us tips on what we could do to maximize our opener. He explained things thoroughly and cleaned up the garage after he was done. I would definitely use Dale again. He arrived exactly on time. Dale represented his company very well. Rik was just excellent. He even arrived before the time that he said he would come. I didn't want to grade the price because I didn't get other estimates for the work. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be replaced and the approximate cost but at the same time was not pushy. He was friendly and informative. Services Rendered: They came to do a tune up for my garage door and opener. They replaced six of the rollers.

They came out the same day that I called and gave me an estimate. They ordered the doors and in about 10 days they came in. We then set an appointment for a few days out around my work schedule. The gentleman showed up on time and worked hard. It was a very hot day and he never needed anything as he just stayed to his task. The doors works great! The only slight disappointment I had was that he didn't sweep up after himself. He did take all the garbage away though. Services Rendered: Sentry Door installed two different double garage doors on two different homes for me and attached the existing opener to them. One was a steel door and the other was an insulated steel door from Germany.

They did a good job building the new frame. The new garage door looks and works great. I thought the price was fair for the work they did for me and they were very prompt. They are a solid company and I really like that. Services Rendered: They replaced my old garage door with a new one and also built a new frame for it too. It took them a day to complete this job.
