I had a wonderful experience with Subcon. They answered my call quickly and with professionalism, rearranged their day to fit me in when I could be home (same day service), arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional. And best of all, it appears that they fixed our problem. Upon leaving, they asked me to let them know if it didn't work because they would come back, but also if it does work, so they can do their job better in the future. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely call on them again and refer to anyone who needs garage help.

The installer replaced the full spring with the wrong size. One month later the door unable to use. Recall and scheduled an appointment with the company. Service call scheduled for July 8, 2022, the day of the service call received a call two hours later after the window time expired stating that they didnt have a person to come out until July 25, 2022. The installer has COVID-19. Ask if Someone else could come out to make repairs and they said no. They didnt have no one. Next, can I get someone to fix the problem would the company pay for it. The answer no. I stated this is unacceptable. I am unable to wait on the installer to recover from the disease. Then asked if I could file a complaint. I was instructed that they would have someone to call me back from the complaint office. I asked to speak to the manager and she was in a meeting. She has been in a meeting for three weeks with no return call. Nor has the complaint office reached out. I have made six different calls to there office. Each time she is unavailable to speak with me. I asked for her name. They would not provide her name. I have gotten the door repaired by another garage company and the installer left the spring for pickup. I would like a full refund and they can pick up the item. The last few times last week left messages for a return call. No call back! Called from another phone and the receptionist hung up on me. The number was given to me by a relative and his sticker says Subcon Door Company. However, the sticker placed on my door says Anytime Garage Door. The telephone numbers are the same.

Called and schedule them to come repair my garage door. Once they showed up they then notified me that I owe them a $95 service call fee. Which was never mentioned previously.

They were very fast in getting to us and worked with our schedule. They were very helpful and the work was done fast. Always very polite when we call and ready to help answer any questions we have. Services Rendered: Garage door quit working and they came out and replaced motor. We have a home warranty and they were on the list to do the work. The $100 was just our payment. They billed the warranty company for the rest of the bill.
