I nedeed to change garage door opener, purchased device on my own. Rep on the phone was very nice and appointments were available same day. Technician did awesome job. He changed all metal support system to new, all wires and laser sensors. Programmed and made everything ready to just push the button. He was very professional and polite. Very happy with this company. I am a returning customer and got same great experience

Very friendly, honest and professional service representative. He immediately let me know that it was a minor repair. He explained that our grandson had accidentally filled one of the garage sensors with snow while using the snowblower. He said to tell him to cover the sensors with plastic bags to prevent this error in the future. He also graciously installed a new garage door keypad to replace our broken one. We have always received excellent service from Overhead Garage Door Service over numerous years and at two different home locations.

My garage door suddenly fell off the track and was stuck halfway down. I couldn't close it at all, so I called Overhead Door. From the minute they picked up the phone, working with this company has been so pleasant and hassle free. They were able to send someone out within a few hours to help me get it fixed. Prices were very reasonable and the dispatcher and technician were both friendly, up front about pricing and what needed to be done, and while they offered specials they weren't pushy about it. I will definitely call them in the future if I need anything garage door related.

Great experience!! Was one of the quickest experiences with getting something done at the condo. Great customer service. The installer that was assessing what needed to be done was thorough and gave us a couple of options. He was not pushy and then when we picked what we wanted he was done with in a couple of hours. He was great. The new system is quiet and a game changer compared to our old system!!

We were able to get an appointment the next day. I was surprised that someone was available to take my call on Sunday and schedule me right away. The technician gave me a heads up on his arrival time and showed up at that time. Mason was very pleasant and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the part in the truck and fixed my door promptly. A great company to do business with and they are definitely my go to company in the future.

So I had some issues with my garage door. There were two bent panels. I got a quote from a different company. They wanted to replace the whole Garage Door to the tune of I think it was $2300. Then my overhead guy came and he said “ I can fix this. It doesn’t need to be replaced if you don’t care about the dents.” So he (Nick) braced my Garage Door and it only was $419. He did it right then and there had all the equipment in his truck. Was a very nice young man and did a great job. Even when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist or customer service person whoever it was, so incredibly nice and she made me feel very comfortable. Did not have any pressure sales whatsoever great company! I would use them again. Thank you Overhead Door Company!!

Broken garage door spring over the weekend. Waited til Monday, called and had a tech at the house that afternoon. One spring broke, my Tech recommended and I elected to replaced both door springs. Quick, one hour job…all on a hot mid-west summers’ day. Fair price with a military discount, too. Highly recommended !

For a while now we've been wanting to replace our front entry door and storm door. After contacting multiple companies to gather estimates we decided to go with Overhead Door. From ordering and installation they were fabulous. We met with Harrison who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we had multiple changes before finalizing our choices. Around 2 months later we were informed our door and storm door had arrived and was ready to be installed. Both installers arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Shout out to their hardwork ethic as it was definitely a hot summer day. After completion they explained everything about our door and storm door while also providing details and paperwork on our included warranty. At some point we plan on replacing our garage door and won't overlook Overhead Door Company when the time comes. I also hope I get to work with the same people because they really made the process as smooth and stress free as possible and it's the great experiences with the people like that, that bring back repeat customers.

A spring on my garage door broke at 9pm. I called the phone number and got an answer - at 9:30 at night!! i told him that I would like to have it serviced the next day and he asked how early. The service tech called me in the morning and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He fixed my garage door, tested it and was on his way within a very short time. The price was very reasonable and they even gave me the coupon price when I didn't have a coupon! I would use them again. Services Rendered: Replaced springs and pulley wheels on garage door. Tightened chain on opener.

While the technician never arrived at the scheduled time, he did call and let us know he was going to be late. He came out on Saturday for a free estimate. He offered to fix the issue right then and there for a small fee (a broken metal piece and very bent track), but said that our 15+ year old door/track was in pretty bad shape. He then explained the process of taking down the old door and installing the new one. I told him I would get back to him on Monday to check his availability. Called back on Monday, said he could install Tuesday morning. I confirmed with him that the price he initially quoted was still the same and it was. Technician came out Tuesday, took about 3 hours to install and we now have a functioning door. Technician went over how to properly maintain the new door. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Though punctuality is not a strong point, I would call them again! Services Rendered: Replaced garage door and track. Took away old door.

So after my garage door failed on a Friday night, I called around on Saturday. I talked to the biggest company in St. Louis, but they were pretty expensive and could not do it over the weekend because they were booked. I called The Garage Door Company of St. Louis and talked to the owner. Super nice and very eager to help. Told me about a coupon on his website to make the price lower. Was contacted later on Saturday to inform me that they were booked up for the day, but offered to come out on Sunday at no extra charge. Installer showed up on time, was very courteous and fixed the problem perfectly. I was very satisfied with the pricing, responsiveness, and courtesy of this company. Lightning struck a tree that is near my garage and my opener no longer worked. The Company sent a technician out the same day I called. Will, the technician assessed the problem and made a thorough exam of any electrical damage that may have happened from the lightning. He suggested that it would be less costly and better in the long run to install a brand new system, which he did the next day. Will was very personable and helpful. The company had a sale on an opener that I had installed and I am very happy with it. I had called around to other companies who charged much more money for service call and hourly fees. I also was told that nobody could come to my home for several days Because I bought a new system, I was not charged for the initial inspection nor an hourly fee..only for the cost of the new opener which was the least expensive of other quotes. It is a good, high quality opener and is much better than my old system that was damaged. I am very pleased Services Rendered: Checked for Lightning Damage and Installed New Opener

Fully expecting some type of markup from the printed cost, I was pleasantly surprised the cost was as advertised. They put in the new door in a few days and everything works great.
