We did not know we had hardwood floors under our carpet and Hired Thurmond construction to put in new hardwood floors. They showed us we had hardwood under the carpet and they just needed to be sanded and stained. We had the living room, hallway and all 3 bedrooms sanded and stained., I went to stay at my moms while they were doing this and they did a wonderful job. All of my friends were amazed at how great they turned out. Services Rendered: We hired Thurmond construction To redo our hardwood floors and put on a new patio cover in the backyard. We hired them in 08 to remodel our basement and kitchen after it flooded and did such a wonderful job that we rehired them for the floors They put an underground hose to help drain water from the house, They have put on 2 doors with new door frames, They replaced some old wood shake and put on new masonite. They have put in new insulation that has kept our utility bill down. Replaced the wheels on our garage doors so they can open again. . They are professional, on time and they always kept me informed with what they were doing. I will use Thurmond construction in the future for any home remodeling we need done.
