Google5We recently had George Cavell Construction finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, George and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were the cleanest construction crew we’ve ever had in our home. They left the worksite spotless every single day, which made the entire process much less stressful.George’s communication was top-notch—he kept us informed every step of the way, answering all of our questions promptly and making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. He also stayed within budget, which is such a rare and appreciated quality. The level of detail and craftsmanship that went into our basement exceeded all of our expectations. Every little detail was executed perfectly, and it’s clear George and his team take pride in their work. He even provided improvement suggestions as he worked through the project that not only didn't increase the budget but made the space that much more organized and ideal. One valuable part of the project was Georges ability to incorporate our design suggestions with his expertise in construction. Google5We just wrapped up a basement finishing project and we are so thrilled with how it all went. George and crew are professional, highly skilled and thorough. The work done is really quality. We had some ideas of the layout for the rooms we wanted, but of course there are always weird things to work around in a basement. George came up with good solutions that made the best use of the space and look lovely. It doesn't feel like a basement anymore! He kept us up to date on steps of the project, when inspectors would be coming in, their schedule etc. I always felt like I knew what was happening when. The project went so quickly and finished under budget. Cannot say enough nice things about these folks. Trust them with your home and your project!

Google5George and his team just finished our basement. They did a great job. Every part of the project looks amazing, including a bathroom and bar area. The team was also very reliable and was at the house every weekday until the job was completely finished. George is very knowledgeable and thorough and we appreciated his attention to detail, as well as how communicative he was throughout the entire renovation. We have already recommended him to friends and will be using him for any big house projects in the future.

Google5George just completed finishing our basement. We could not be more pleased with his work. George is meticulous with his work. He always kept us informed of his progress and any problems. Each day he and Doug cleaned up the basement and we could hardly tell anyone was working there. The quality of work is first rate. George was pretty much on target with his original estimate and budget for the work. I highly recommend Cavell's Construction and we would not hesitate to use George in the future.

Google5George and Doug did a wonderful job on my basement; they were friendly, professional, creative in their design and imagination, hardworking, honest, completely trustworthy. George was absolutely clear about every decision we made, and finished the project on time (with a small delay because of an unforeseen sprinkler inspection) and exactly on budget. My family visited as was blown away by the new basement. I would recommend them to friends, family, anyone who is looking to have fantastic work done by good people at a fair price.
