    Jebadiah was very efficient, friendly, and most of all very patient. Highly recommend him to anyone. However, this is not his fault I do think the price I paid for the service was high. But all in high he was great.

    Technician came out first time and said he needed to order a part. Waited three weeks and he came back with no part and we found that he forgot to order it. He came out a third time and said it was fixed, but it isn't. After 24 hours the fridge and freezer are sitting at 65+ degrees. Someone from Electrolux said Sears would escalate and call me but I've heard nothing from them. Now, it looks like we need to wait another week for them to come out again. Over six weeks of no refrigerator. Worst repair experience I've ever had. Use this company at your own peril. UPDATE: Technician came back out and said it needs a new compressor. Said he couldn't order unless he charged us $1,300 even though it was misdiagnosed the first time. He said we needed to call Electrolux. They said they had already paid Sears a fixed rate to fix it. So, they told me to call Home Depot. So, after two months neither company wants to move forward to fix my fridge under warranty. Learn from my cautionary tale.

    I have had to arrange to be home 6 different days in order to have my refrigerator repaired. A 9 hour arrival window is unreasonable. The updates are not accurate and when the repair person does show up they are unapologetic to the lack of customer service. And there is no way to communicate with a live person through the portal.

    I tried to get them to come out to fix my dishwasher. I scheduled appointments on three different days. They tell you that your appointment is between 8 am and 5 pm on the day you scheduled the appointment, so you wait around all day as they keep hanging their estimated time. On my third day of waiting, they finally said a technician was on his way, but after several hours he still is not here. I tried to call to see what was going on and they just have automated systems that don’t have any way to get to a human to find out what is going on. I’m guessing you need to have the home warranty service that they offer to actually get someone to come out and fix your appliance. This whole experience was terrible. I called multiple numbers that I found for them (870)953-2094, 1-800-469-4663, and (814)240-2966, all of them brought me back to the same bad automated system. The chatbot feature on their site was equally useless.

    This review is about the overall service, not any one technician. I waited all day and called multiple times on the day of my confirmed appointment. Nobody ever showed up and nobody contacted me despite promises every time I called. At 15 minutes before the scheduled close of the service I received a text message that the appointment was canceled. I was on the phone with a technician at the time and that person said somebody would call me within an hour. Nobody ever called. I was forced to reschedule my appointment. It is now the day of the appointment and I am having deja vu. It is 3 PM and nobody showed up yet. I called and was told I would receive a call back from the service person within an hour. Nobody called. They have already extracted over 600 dollars payment from me for the his repair which hasn't happened yet. They are unreliable and I will never use them again.

    My son is trying to get there washer fix for a month. every time they say they are going to send someone they never show up and they never call to tell you that they’re not going to show up. Waiting for them all day. You got to pay them in Advance $800 which I think that’s not right. Because you can not get your money back they should fire the guy that are Contracted out to for there repairs..
