We had such a great experience with Down Right Garage Doors! Mike and his team were professional, prompt, and took care of everything our garage needed in the house we recently bought. They re-centered the machine, hooked up the garage door sensors that had never been connected, added a door sweep so the garage seals properly when closed, and even installed the correct springs for the size of our door. All while keeping us informed along the way! They went above and beyond, and we’re already planning to have them back to install a larger door on our shop in the future. Mike and his crew are incredible—we highly recommend them for any and all garage door needs!

Mike did a great job replacing my broken garage door springs! For an extra fee he took care of me on a Sunday afternoon and I felt his charges were fair. He explained everything he did and why. He made adjustments and made sure the door was in great working order before he left. Mike is a nice young man, wise beyond his years, who is building his business the right way!

Had a mishap with our garage door. Tried fixing ourselves & made it lopsided. Called Mike & he came after hours to fix it for us. We didn't think it was a good idea to wait until Monday with all the storms rolling in this weekend. He did an excellent job and his prices were reasonable. He explained how to lube the joints & what to use. Will definitely call him again and refer him to anybody.

The doors look fantastic. We love the pattern. We love your attention to detail. Its obvious that you don't cut corners and care about doing things right. Both of the doors seal perfectly and operate so smoothly! They are extremely quiet! The seals are so nice - we can’t see daylight around them like we could with the old doors! You also did a great job adding the water seal across both openings, which should solve the problem we had of rain downpours running into the garage. And then lastely, after such a long, hot day, you didn't rush off but instead, helped us with programming our cars to open both doors. You provided us with a complete, quality service - no shortcuts! Finally, we appreciate your patience with us during the ordering and scheduling phase as we dealt with our insurance company (UGH!). I wish we could rate you higher than 5 stars! I'm very pleased with DownRight Garage Door for our installation last week of a set of 18 x 7 and 8 x 7 garage doors. I decided to go with them after talking to a number of other companies. I had requested several options including long-life springs and heavy duty rollers and these were installed as expected. The doors were special order, and I was impressed that Mike took the time to verify the sizes and style several times during the process. I had a spring break today and our garage door would not shut. Mike came out after his last job and did great work at an excellent price. Mike said he would not leave my door open all night and was able to replace the springs and my cables that were showing wear. He was very professional and very efficient. My door has never been so quiet. I found out about him from my neighbor who had Downright garage door install their new stylish garage doors.
