Google3Our refrigerator had a very noisy experience on Christmas Day, so I dug out my expensive extended warranty. The company servicing our warranty had changed to Sears; this was a surprise. It was difficult to make an appointment; an unfortunate surprise. I was charged a fee for the initial visit; another surprise. Sears’s overly concerned texts to be sure I would be home during our 12:00-5:00pm arrival window were not helpful when the repairman missed the window by 2+ hours (7:15pm). Fortunately, the overbooked repairman, Ben, was very knowledgeable, very professional, very nice. Ben listened to our concerns, skillfully accessed the possible problem(s) and went about his work. Ben gets a 5, Sears’s overbooking scheduling gets a 0.

Google5He was a very nice guy. He answered all my questions. He was very professional. The best and most important thing here, is that he saved my unit and I was able to save several thousands of $$$$. In having to replace the unit. Thank You, so much.

Google1The technician did not fix my washing machine in addition to that he took all the pre-ordered parts and did not install them. He also labeled my service completed and I had to call my home warranty again to start a whole new contract. Terrible terrible service.

Google5The serviceman flexibility was greatly appreciated, and he demonstrated excellent communication skills. Prior to the appointment, I was asked to provide some information about my appliances, which allowed him to be well-prepared for the job. Even though his car battery died, he called to inform me and still managed to arrive on time. Once he got here, he inquired about my concerns and addressed them clearly. Finally, I was promptly informed when the service was completed.

Google1The technician was great! 5stars But the part was 1/2 new and1/2 used. I pay for insurance and waited 2 months for this part to arrive. And the water lever is clearly used.WTH? SEARS is a rip off!
