Quinton and Ayden arrived within arrival window. Very nice guys. Got right to work. Also replaced the keypad and eyes at bottom of door I requested which were not on original request. They worked very well together and were finished in just over an hour.. I'm very happy with their work. Thanks guys!.

We have used OHD since the builder's garage doors needed replacement (or almost 40 yrs). During what I thought was a routine service call, the technician found that work done on a previous call (5+ yrs ago)was not up to par. While they could have easily hidden the misstep, instead they acknowledged the error and corrected it at no charge. They also did not charge for a preventive maintenance service on our other door. Kudos to Rich Wright, Tim R, Camron (and the 2 techs whose names I lost)

Quinton came to our house in DeWitt to install our new door from Overhead Door - Quinton is the best - as was the door!! Quinton arrived right on time (early in the morning!) - was very polite and kind - he loved our dog and shared pics of his two dogs - so sweet! He installed the new door in a few hours - all by himself!! Quinton had us come out to check his finished product - it was almost perfect and he made a few little adjustments to make it absolutely perfect! Thank you Quinton and Overhead Door!

We called the Overhead Door Company for our last 2 service calls, one for each of our garage doors, and had a great experience both times. We were quickly given appointments with a 2 hour window, and the team called in advance to let us know they were on the way. For our most recent appointment, Quinton and Blake were able to quickly asses the problem, give us a quote, and get the job done for the quoted price. They were friendly and professional. We'll continue using the Overhead Door Company in the future.

I had Sean and Jarod out to install two new garage doors with new openers that Phoenix had sold me. On the sales appointment Phoenix called me beforehand to let me know his time of arrival, and very clearly explained everything about replacing my old doors and openers. He explained how they would look and let me pick out the doors I wanted and let me know the expected wait time to installation. I received a call the week before the installation date confirming the appointment. The technicians called me when they were on the way, and arrived at the beginning of the window of time the office told me. They had the new doors with openers and new rails installed and working by 3:30. Total working time from 10-3:30. I am very impressed with the quality of the work they did, including cleaning the entire working area and taking the old garage doors, rails, and openers with them. Both techs were very friendly, answered any questions I had and went over the paperwork and how everything works before leaving. I'd recommend Overhead door to anyone looking for a new door, everyone I've interacted with has been very kind and helpful with any questions.
