Google5I am very happy to have been able to work with this company. They have handled my garage issue in such a timely manner. Not only that they were able to communicate with me throughout the whole process. I felt very happy and comfortable with the service provided and I did have to break my pockets.

Google5Technicians arrived in a few hours after my call. They assessed the problem and figured out a workable solution. They also had helpful suggestions about other alternatives, without being pushy or "trying to sell me something". Both were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Google5Awesome experience. At first call, tried to problem-solve the issue, but realized needed tech to come out. Landon came out next day and was extremely helpful in diagnosing problem, realized time for new opener, helped me select one I got from store, but he installed next day and works great. Professional, courteous, reasonable price, and peace of mind knowing they do garage doors all day every day. Highly recommend.

Google1Very unhappy. We paid extra for a silent door and for a short bit it was. It began making loud noises not long after install. Loud, screeching noises. We asked them to address it and the company charged us $80 to examine the poorly-performing door and the repair guy then told us the loud noise was "normal." So this is what we get. A door that isn't quiet at all. This repair guy also said whoever installed it for the company probably didn't oil the door correctly. Bottom line: We paid extra for nothing. They apparently installed the door defectively. And the door is loud and that's how they left it. We'd never buy from them again.

Google5My new garage door is beautiful. I didn't know what I was missing before with our old garage door. I'm so glad we updated our door. You would be amazed with all the features a new garage door comes with. In addition, this company has impeccable customer service. Great quality! Great prices! Definitely give them a try you won't regret it.

Google5This was my first experience with having a garage door service. I've never had a home with a garage. What impressed me most was I didn't need repairs or service but wanted to make sure all was good. And to learn what I needed to be doing for maintenance. Many would take advantage and say I needed things I didn't. But Brandon professional HONEST personality, rebuilt my faith in trusting people. He looked everything over and showed me what things I could do as well. I greatly welcomed and appreciated his knowledge about options to repair as well as assessing areas I had been concerned about. . He was very attune to minor details such as wires that could get broken and he even attached them to protect it. Very respectful and thorough. I normally dread service calls but Brandon and the other Access Garage crew are Awesome. Scheduling was quick and accommodating. Do NOT Hesitate to call Access Garage. I'm so glad I did. I'll be using them again. Thx!

Google5Such a great company to do business with. Their customer service is A+ with quality to match. The owner, Brian, was very hands on at the beginning of our construction to make sure the rough framing was correct to ensure proper fit for our doors. Josh, who runs day to day operations, has been awesome to work with when it comes to scheduling and addressing our concerns. Highly recommend Access Garage Doors!
