Google5I was very impressed with Steve, the technician who replaced my door’s springs on-site for a reasonable costs. I was equally impressed with Anthony’s customer service on the phone. Broken on Sunday, fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Thank you gentlemen!

Google1I waited a long time for the garage door. It was supposed to be Gray, it was White. I let it slide. Before that I bought a garage door opener from them. The one delivered wasn’t the one we ordered buy hey I was told the one delivered “was a better model” basically and upgrade for the same price. What could I say? Since I have owned it for some reason it will not stay closed. It does it on and off. I was given assurances they would stand behind it but there was no inventory and “I would probably get a lesser opener.” I agreed to monitor it and when I bought the garage door they said they had my back when I brought up the continuing problem. Now it has gotten worse and won’t stay closed for long periods of time. Now I’m told “it needs to be reset.” Today I called and they wanted $150 to check it. You can imagine my mind after all we allowed to happen. This town is full of liars and scam artists. I am not one of them!

Google5After calling several garage door companies, having to leave a message, and getting no call backs, I called Overhead, talked to A PERSON, and got my garage door replaced in record time. I spoke with a very pleasant and accommodating Anthony over the phone and THE NEXT MORNING a very nice Chris showed up on time and had everthing replaced & ready to go in no more than an hour. Would definitely use them again. Hard to find good customer service these days.

Google3This company did a wonderful job replacing an overhead garage door unit. The technician arrived promptly for the service call and was courteous. The rating would be 5 stars if their customer service received in the field matched the office experience. In hopes that management reads these reviews, I will suggest that Andrew from the Tampa office receives additional training and customer service coaching. This training should include the following... 1. Do not be rude to customers. 2. Do not argue with clients. 3. Actively listen to customers. 4. Maintain a positive attitude. 5. Be helpful. Again great company, great work, horrible customer care...

Google5If you have any garage door concerns, I would highly recommend using this company. I sent an electronic estimate request and received a call within the hour (actually, it was likely within 30 minutes). I explained the problem I was having with the garage door and broken spring. I was told they could have a technician come out the same day (a great surprise). I was provided with a great estimated price for the overall job. The technician (Jake) was friendly and explained everything he was going to do. I am 100% satisfied with the job done and overall experience working with this company. I would not hesitate to refer them to my closest friends and family. Thank you so much for the prompt service and great job!

Google5Big bang in the garage. Spring had sprung, trapping our car behind an inoperable door. Called our usual garage door company. They didn't have any springs and wouldn't until Thursday, four days away. Called Overhead Door. Anthony said his spring guy was overwhelmed with work but he'd try to get him here. An hour later, Steve the spring guy showed up, installed a new spring in 20 minutes flat, and we were, literally, good to go for just under $200. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Google1I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have our garage door opener replaced. I was scheduled for first call in the morning so I took the morning off from work to wait. No one showed - no one called. Then at 1 pm the technician called and told me "due to unforeseen circumstances " he'd have to reschedule. I decline the rescheduling and let them know I wasted an entire day waiting for them only to be told they weren't coming. Very unprofessional- I will always go to the competition from now on

Google1Set up an appointment for a window of 12-3. I left work and drove way to my house (gas was $4.25 at this time) to be there by 12. Nobody came by 2:00 so I called just to make sure I was still the schedule. The gentleman just said the technician would call before he came. Needless to say nobody came by 3 and I left to go back to work (reminder gas $4.25). Please explain how you miss a 3 hour window. They had a chance to explain when I called but didn't. That's bad business so I'm good on Overhead.

Google3They came out on President day repaired my garage door done good job. But on Saturday garage door fell to one side called them on their emergency number no response. Got a ladder felt the bolts on the side that fell all bolts turned them without a wrench. Thank God a buddy of mine was here visiting and we got everything fixed and tighten down.

Yelp4Loved that when I opened the door he had a mask on THANK YOU WARRANTY said replacement. James Gilbert our tech said no give me a few she will be working and quiet we said your on for the way she looked. 30 minutes later she is soft as a mouse squeak. James came for a estimate and ended up fixing it. Not a bad price either. 174.50 Your a life saver.

James got right to work and finished the task in a relatively short time. Matched the color closely to my home exterior color. Makes for a handsome finish. Hauled off the old door and left a clean work area. Well pleased with the work and the reasonable cost.
