Google5Upon getting ready to leave this morning, we realized I wouldn't be able to get my car out of the garage because the door springs crapped out.I sent an email out at about 8 AM, and Derek showed up at about 10:30 AM to rescue me. He was very professional, and quick to fix our garage door spring. Definitely recommend if you are impatient like me, and want it done ASAP.

Google5Derek Terry, the Service Manager, did a terrific job replacing the torsion springs on our garage door. He was prompt, professional, and even made arrangements to complete the work after 5:00 pm to accommodate our schedule. Great work and reasonable price.

Google5I reached out through their website Saturday evening after our garage door came off track (hanging by a thread). I wasn’t expecting a call until Monday. Derek reaches out to me Sunday and stated he had another job and he could swing on by. He was their earlier than the time he promised. He assessed the situation and gave us his solution. Straight forward, no BS, honest assessment, and costs.

Google5Even though he didn't answer the phone, he replied to the "Contact us" web form within the hour, and (as he said he would) arrived within an hour of calling. He performed many adjustments on my garage door, and I doubt I could have fixed the problem without 10 times more effort. I felt like the level of work he performed was worth more than what he charged, so I gave him a little extra. I will never consider working on my own garage door as long as this guy is in town.

Google5Fantastic company! I chose Tallahassee Garage Door because they had the best price and I liked their price transparency with prices right on the website. While their price was why i selected them I am so glad I did because the service was phenomenal. The owner cares about his customers and will not leave until the job is perfect. He spent an extra hour after installing my new spring to do some rewiring, grease the track, and tighten other loose parts. Would highly recommend.
