Angi5It was excellent. I had a problem but he came out and fixed it. He came up with some new problem so I said let's just go ahead and replace it and he didn't even charge me for the first visit, he gave me the check back. He was very pleasant. Services Rendered: I used A-Ward Garage Doors for my garage door.

Angi5They replaced the opener immediately. They are a very trusting company. When I did not receive the bill after two weeks, Randy Spivey let me know not to worry about it. They would send it out when the person who does the accounting came in. A-Ward has worked on our garage doors for years. I originally got their name from a sticker on a garage door of a home that we purchased. They are honest and will not overcharge you. When I asked about the type or style of the opener that I should get, I was opting for the best one. Randy let me know of other options that were just as good but not as expensive. There are many companies that will try to get the most out of you when they can. It's not that way with this company. They are honest and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone wanting work or adjustments done with anything to do with your garage door. Services Rendered: Replaced a Garage Door Opener that we've had trouble with for years on a rental home.

Angi5Found A-Ward through Angie's list. Called and scheduled appointment for service call. Technician arrived ontime and began work immediately. They fixed the issue at hand in addition to general maintenace activies as part of the service call fee. Services Rendered: Misjudged my positoning in the garage, closed the garage door on the bumper of my car which caused it to not close all of the way (about 1 inch gap). A-ward addressed the closing as well as performed general maintenance on the door (greased rollers, verified sensors were working).

Angi5Everything went extremely well. The man came on time, fixed the door and was finished within 1/2 hour. The price was more than fair. My door now is quiet and runs very well. Services Rendered: Door was off track. Cables were loose. Prior to incident, door was noisy and not functioning smoothly.

Angi5It was pretty expensive to replace that part, the labor and everything. It happened on a Friday and they came out the very next day or might have been that same day. There was a young guy who came out and he had to be strong because those doors are heavy. We were in. The price was a little dear. The quality was good and it has lasted quite well. I would have them back out. Services Rendered: A-Ward Garage Doors fixed a spring that had snapped on our garage door. We have one door and two cars can go in.

Angi5Our garage door had malfunctioned, which caused it to become lop-sided, jump the track and bend the track on one side. It looked to me like it was mangled, and I was thinking we would have to replace the whole door and track. When A-Ward's representative came out, he assured me that these things happen all the time and within about 20 minutes he had the track hammered back into shape, the door straightened out and back to working perfectly. It would have been easy for him to sell me a new door for $1,000 or more, but instead he fixed the old one and only charged me $65 for a service call. Needless to say, I was very pleased. This was the 2nd time we had used this company. The first time they replaced the springs. Each time they were very prompt to return calls and to come out. This time, we tried contacting several other companies that were closer to our home (each found on Angie's List), and none of them even returned our calls within the time it took for A-Ward to complete the job. Services Rendered: Repaired a garage door that had jumped the track. Straightened out the track that had been twisted out of shape when the door malfunctioned.
