Had an impromptu and serious problem with our front entryway in June of 2020, I could not get a door from Home Depot or Lowes for at least 6 weeks on a special order, cuz EVERY DANG THING is a special order all of a sudden CUZ 2020 Scamdemic... anyhow I was advised to check other door makers and Boni's was the only one that answered the call and made every effort to accommodate our needs and our requests... the door was paid for the same day I met Norma and she had that fiberglass door with composite frame and stainless hardware built and ready somehow in 5 days for me and installed inside of 8. The installers were Izy and Ralphie and I, as a craftsman, I very much APPRECIATE ALL of their EFFORTS! The job went into dinner time and a bit after but was complete and thorough. I have used them since in this year. and would again for every door we had to replace! .

I purchased a door from Boni's Doors in June of 2020 and I thought that it was such an awesome purchase. The owner (Norma) was very nice and she did everything right. My problem with Boni's Doors is with the installers who Boni's recommended to install their doors. I had Igy and Ralphie come out and install the door the day the door was picked up. They came around 6pm and stated that they would be done in two or three hours. They didn't get done until midnight. The next morning I saw light at the top corner of my door. My wife and I realized that the door was crooked. I called the installers and told them what was wrong. I even sent them pics. Igy the installer said they would come back to fix the issue. Weeks went by and they never showed. They texted me one day and said that they were on their way to my home. They never showed. I've had to hire a contractor to reinstall the door and a painter to fix our walls. This cost me another $400. I love to support small business, however this is one of those times that I wish I didn't. These guys are not true professionals. They've done a poor job of being an extension of Boni's Doors and they should have represented Boni's Doors because she is sending them business. I highly recommend anyone purchasing a door from this company to STAY AWAY FROM THESE INSTALLERS!!!

After less than two years, the doors are falling apart. The bottom piece of rubber came off and the latch to secure the top of the door is broken. I had slightly more narrow doors than regular ones and thought they would reduce the size of glass and door. No, they just cut off one side of the door and it looks stupid. I asked for wood grain to stain it, they rim the glass with white - that wouldn't stain the same as the doors. So disappointed! The installer wanted more money after he got here than agreed. Called them and they never came out. Don't waste your money on cheap doors! After years of saving, we are stuck with duds! Come see my doors before you buy here! Update: 8/25/18 After the original post, the late Carlos' daughter, Norma, got in touch with me and said she had taken over the business. I explained to her how the door latches were broken, how the borders of the glass were not equal (see attached picture) and I was very dissatisfied. She seemed very genuine that she wanted the doors to be right. At one point a worker from the shop said that my glass pattern did not come in the smaller size to make the border equal and I told them that could have been told to me when I picked out the door. I really didn't care about the pattern. The installer came out here with his wife and he was told that he installed the doors wrong - not the case. The doors were BUILT wrong. Several time Norma and I spoke but then when my husband got sick it all dropped. Now I have been messaging her and there is no response. I am so disappointed we are STUCK with door that not only look stupid but are broken as well. While I still have hopes that she will make it right, those hopes are slowly diminishing.

We have recently lost Carlos, the owner of Boni's Doors. He was a loved and well respected gentleman. The good news is when we pass there will be no problem getting into Heaven as long as he's building doors for God!

Rafael "Ralph" Just finished installing our front door. He showed up when he was supposed to, came with all the right tools, was courteous and professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after himself. To top it off, the price was extremely fair. While he was here he helped me install a small window into a door which took him all of about 20 minutes. It would have taken us all day! I couldn't be happier. I will use Boni's doors again when I'm ready to get windows installed.

I live in Naples and a friend recommended Bonis doors to me. I didnt want to travel very far for my doors but it was well worth the trip. Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to purchase my beautiful hurricane doors and had them installed the very next day. Their service and prices were incredible. I will be recommending Bonis doors to my family and friends. Thank you Carlos.

I had never bought a door before. We needed to replace 2 exterior doors. Carlos was great with suggestions and ideas, extremely friendly and professional. The doors are ordered and delivered to them the next day. Carlos was very helpful and fast with some adjustments that needed to be made prior to the order based on the door measurements. He recommended Rafael Almonte for installation. Rafael was able to schedule the installation when we requested, and did an outstanding, and affordable job. He went over and beyond with some small extra repairs with our framing. I will be recommending Boni Doors to anyone who needs help and we will use them for our future needs. Rafael's card says that he also does window installation and porch construction, so he's my guy for all of those needs.
