Google5Just a great experience with my Forno 48" range! Neother the gas company nor I could adjust the burners correctly. This team came in, fixed all 8 burners to exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier! Shout out to DONE Right!!!

Google5Excellent, before & after delivery. The young Man "Aaron & ? ( sorry forgot the other young man's name were amazing. They went beyond duty to ensure i was ready..waited so i could empty the old fridge and so gentle, kind and efficient. I would recommend them 100% ..Also, the customer service and guys at the office were helpful and ready to answer any questions/concerns..and i always got a prompt reply or call back..VERY VERY satisfied😁

Google5This company and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. We bought an under cabinet microwave and Home Depot contractors did a horrible job. We could only open the door just enough to put a coffee mug. Donerite staff came and made it right. Fantastic clean installation and now the microwave is usable as intended. Thank you Octavio and his crew.

Google5DoneRite removed my old over-the-range microwave and installed a new high capacity vent hood. From phone calls and emails to the actual install, I found DoneRite to be professional and timely throughout. The install crew was very respectful, completely knowledgable about the work and wore masks throughout the job. The results were very high quality. They hauled off the old unit and all the associated trash. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Google5From start to finish, my recent experience with Done Rite was excellent. I contacted Mike Samhoury to purchase a new over-the-range microwave. He had exactly the product I wanted and offered a competitive price that would include quick delivery and installation. Both were done within 5 days. Marcus and Carlos, the techs who delivered and installed the unit, were great. I strongly recommend Done Rite and would gladly do business with them again. A+ for efficient, courteous customer service. Love my new microwave!

Google5I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as regards installation services. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews like I should— good or bad. But DoneRite Home Services truly deserves a shout out. Everyone was very professional— from the scheduling through the appointment and the follow-up after services were provided. The owner (Mike) personally managed the whole process from start to finish. And it wasn’t a big installation service call either. I just needed a microwave and dishwasher installed. But I felt like my service call was treated as though I was having a whole top-of-the-line VIP kitchen installed. It felt good to be treated as such. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks. 5-star service all the way.

BBB12 technicians came in to service today. One of them had absolutely the worst attitude. He was pretty condescending and kept mocking me for reporting the problem that I had when I finally had to pay I couldn't pay cash so I had to use my credit card the other guy came up to me so we can proceed with the payment the guy with the attitude impatiently yelled at him for calling the manager to fix the problem saying that he was running late for another appointment. Worst service I've ever had in my life. My problem wasn't even solved.
