Despite permitting delays at the hands of the city, Scot worked with them on our behalf, and produced a fantastic end product. He was involved every step of the way, and was responsive to all our concerns, and offered recommendations on a few design issues that have given us a cleaner, more functional garage and workshop. We wanted a building that matched our 1954 home, and looked like it had always been there...and that's what we got. He understood the goal and helped make it happen. The comments I've gotten from neighbors and dog-walkers passing by have been as positive as what I've noted here, and that says alot!
