Google5I learned about S&G from a neighborhood Facebook request. The response was overwhelming in recommendations for S&G. Steve showed up on time and replaced my garage door springs. His workmanship was flawless and his price was very fair. I did receive other quotes before deciding on his company and he was not the cheapest or the most expensive. While talking with him it became very apparent he understands the meaning of customer service and being fair with the customer and definitely is on top of his game.

Google5Not too long ago, the door stopped going down. You had to manually hold the button inside. Called S&G, and Steve came out the same day and replaced my sensors that finally gave out from the "minor" flooding I got from Idalia's surge. I got him to check a few other things and he didn't hesitate at all fixing the other issues I had with the door. Now my garage door is working (and sounds) like a new one and the price was very acceptable. Highly recommend.

Google5I was looking for a new garage door service and maintenance company. I read the reviews and thought, I think I found who I'm looking for. Then, within minutes of talking with Steve, I was comforted even more. He did an amazing job and took time to communicate with me appropriately on what should be done now and what could wait to be done later. He is very knowledgeable at his trade and after he completed the job, I was confident I would use him again in the future. In fact, I have shared his contact information with a lot of my friends, neighbors and coworkers already. If you're looking for someone to do the job right the first time, give him a call.

Google5Woke up this morning with my wife's car trapped in the garage due to a broken spring. Also have been wanting to get a new opener for some time. Called a few places and they were booked up, but one highly recommended Stephen with S&G. Called Stephen and he answered right away and was able to give me a quote from a few pictures I texted over to him. Price was in line with everyone else and they were able to get exactly what I wanted for a new opener and my spring repaired same day. Shawn the technician completed the job before 5pm and didn't pressure my wife for payment and said I could just call when I got home to make payment. Stephen took my call at 10pm when I got home and made the payment process super simple and kept true to the quoted price. This company may be a small company, but they pack excellent customer service. Highly recommend them for your garage needs.

Google5My garage door circuit board went bad , after checking a dozen or so YouTube videos I knew for sure this was the problem . After calling 2 garage door companies and dealing with no shows !.... my good friend referred me to Steve @ S & G garage doors ,he responded to my text message right away . Next day he came and got the job done in 15 minutes no BS , just professional quality work @ a fair price that comes with a year warranty on labor & parts . Google5A++++ Service!!! Came home to a broken spring above the garage door and subsequently took out the opener as well. I called 2 other garage door companies to be told almost double the price as Steve was from S&G. Steve came out the very next day and replaced both springs, installed new opener, sensors and clickers and fully adjusted the door so it opens and closes perfectly now! Further more we were not able to be home during the installation but with the amount of amazing reviews we didn't hesitate to trust Steve without being home. Came home from work and everything was completed very nicely, cleaned and removed all old parts. Thank you so much S&G for being honest and fair priced!

Yelp5I'm not a five-star guy..... Usually. But these guys get my fifth star. "WHY?? HOW??" You ask? Lemme splain, Lucy.... Made plans to take my wife for a birthday ride on our Harley but when I left the house three days before, a spring broke on my garage door. Car was outside. Motorcycle inside. Emailed these guys on a Thursday and got a quote back from them in 15 minutes. Scheduled it HOPING to have access to my bike by the weekend Steve came out and banged it out in an hour the next day. Service THE VERY NEXT MORNING after asking him to come out. Pricing was fair and I didn't pay a premium because he KNEW I needed it done quick. Call Steve. Don't hesitate. Just call Steve.

Yelp5I called and Steve picked up right away. I asked for an estimate to repair a cable and replace the spring. He said "Take pictures of it and send it to me." I sent three pictures of it to him via text. It took less than 10 minutes to receive a quote via text. Steve is very efficient. He told me 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. He called me at 2:58 p.m. to let me know he is on his way which I appreciate. He also wore a mask which I appreciate as 44,144 out of the 58,803 Florida residents who were killed by COVID-19 were age 65+. 75% of COVID-19 deaths in the State of Florida are age 65+ so the fact that he wore a mask tells me he is mindful. Steve has five stars in his Google reviews too. I can understand why. I am impressed. His hidden Yelp reviews are also all five stars. His work has a four year warranty. Save your receipt. If I have any issues with my garage doors at my houses in the future, I will definitely call S&G Garage Doors again. I highly recommend S & G Garage Doors.

S & G garage doors and operators Inc is very professional, very efficient, proficient, clean-cut and well-mannered. I have NEVER had such professionalism and punctuality from ANY other business that have been in my home. I am not exaggerating when I say in the 5 years that I have been living here I have had services and repairs at least 75 different times. Steve is the first person to shown up do what he said that he can do and for the price that he said that he can do it for, no extras. As well as show up on the time that was quoted to me. Yelp5My mom was having an issue with her garage door continuously stopping while going up or down then starting again and proceed in the opposite direction. I looked on Yelp for Garage Repair companies in the area and found S&G. My mom called and made an appointment for the following day. The technician arrived on time as promised and almost immediately found the problem. He oiled/greased the track and the door works perfectly. She was charged a very fair amount and was extremely happy it was an easy fix. Would def. recommend this company to friends and family!

Yelp5Steve, the owner of S&G Garage Doors, answered the phone at 10:00 pm on a Thursday night. Our garage door cable was off the rollers and tangled and our door would have to stay open until anywhere from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm the next day. I had already called 7 24/7 companies. Because we were newly moved into our home, I was very concerned about the garage door being open all night. Steve drove quite a way to get to us, fixed the cable, saw another issue and fixed it. We will use S&G for all of our garage door needs. Aside from responding to our call for help, Steve is a very kind young gentleman.

Yelp5Best customer service I've had dealing with any type of small business. Scott came out the first time and rewired the unit free of charge. When I found that the issue was still there he got back to me very fast and with a very good price to fix it. He came out the next day and fixed it, in the timeframe he said he would. No extra hidden costs or fees, and the ability to pay online was great. I forwarded the email on to my landlord and they took care of it. No need to pay upfront and then be reimbursed later.
