Google5I called Sure Fix when the spring to my garage door snapped. They came out within a day and I think did a fantastic job. Shay worked quickly and professionally and had the door operating in under an hour. Actually, they were my second call. The first people came out (better price) and within minutes told me that besides the spring (100$) I would need a whole multitude of parts totaling over 800$......and they would not be able to do the work unless I paid for those 'repairs' I laughed. The second best price was Sure Fix and they were soon at my house. There was no upsale they tried to make....just did the job well, quickly and at a good price. I would highly recommend Shay and Sure Fix for your garage door needs!

Google1Don't bother with this company, we were promised an impact door, and what we got was a door that was not impact rated. I tried to work it out with the installer surefixgaragedoorrepair.com Shay, and he stated that he would take care of everything. He wanted to charge me an extra 1500+ dollars to get the Impact door installed , when we had agreed to dates and keeping in touch , he goes on a long vacation, didn't tell me when he would be back exactly and didn't reply to my emails. I was promised many times that he would stay in touch and arrange things, but all I got was promises and someone stalling so he could get the Inspector to approve his install. Google5My garage door stop working, I called around and sue fix garage door repair send their technician with in 20 min. He discovered the spring broke. He replace it and replaced the worn out cables. His cost was very reasonable, and he noticed that i was military and gave me an additional 10% off. Great service, professional, very understanding, and very helpful. Wow, I was very impressed with their performance and their work ethics and will most definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Google5My garage door springs recently broke and I had no access in or out of my garage. I called sure fix and they responded right away and came out to fix my door right away at a great price. He ask made improvements to my door so now I have a quiet and very functional door. No pressure tactics and very honest. They were professional, explained everything in great detail, and accomplished their work without delay. I highly recommend fix for all your garage door needs. Great work at a great price!

Google5I never used a garage door company before and that was the first time I called and looked for a garage door company. My garage door stopped working and I called a few companies but no response. Sure fix garage door answered the phone and showed up in less than 30 min , they fixed the garage door and left me with big a smile , very recommended.
