Google5I normally don't write reviews only read them. So here it goes. This company by far is one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure of working with since I purchased my home back in 2009. Not being from the area and having to hire company's for this or that has always been a nightmare for me. I never fails I would taken to the cleaners. I had been dealing with my extremely broken garage door for almost two years before it became something that I couldn't put off any longer. I prefer to support local businesses as much as I can. I called a few to come out to talk to me. They were very pushy and really didn't take the time to listen to me. When I called Uptown and Gina answered the phone it was like I was talking to an old friend. She was amazing and so patient with me. She went way beyond what I have seen any company do to support a customer in years! From my first call to the rep that came out to measure, to the installer every interaction was always so pleasant and professional. The fact that the entire team operates with that same level of customer service speaks volumes to what the owner Bill and his wife Gina created in their business. The entire crew understood I had a huge family event happening and they did everything in their power to complete the job just before the party. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and it's rare to find that level of quality customer service anymore. In fact, the day they finished Bill called asked me if I had been home yet to see the door installed. I was in the car with the call on speaker. Bill treated me like a trusted friend or business partner. Told me no rush get home safe, look everything over and give him a call back didn't matter how late. I hung up the phone and my cousin; who also in the car with me and retired from supporting clients (customer service) couldn't believe what he heard and how amazing Bill was. Which only validated what I have been saying to him earlier. So long story short is an amazing company to work with!! Thank you Gina, Bill and team for all you did. If even move and find that I need another garage door. Without hesitation I'll be calling you for help!

Google5Wow! What a rare experience! Fast, cheap, reliable and thoroughly professional. Bill (the owner) showed up exactly on time, did a fantastic job replacing the broken spring on our garage door. Since Uptown is so much cheaper than the other "well known" brand name companies, I had him replace the spring on our other garage door while he was here -- as a preventative measure. He was also kind enough to lube both doors (no charge) so they are nearly silent now.

Google5We called Uptown Monday morning early because our spring broke on our garage door. They promptly called back and actually came to the house that day to give me an estimate. We scheduled the repair that day and was fixed right away. It is nice to get great service in these times. Thank You

Google5We just had our 16' x 7' hurricane garage door installed by Uptown Garage Doors LLC. after our 20+ year old door finally gave out. Bill and his technician Mike did an outstanding removal and installation job and answered all of our concerns. Best part was we called them on a referral from a friend, after we couldn't get anybody out in a timely manner. The ones we called all wanted to send a salesperson out which only delays the process and adds to the cost. We called on a Sunday, Mike himself arrived on Monday to give us a quote and the door was up on the next Saturday. You just can't beat that. Very knowledgeable guys with great personalities. I'd recommend them to anyone. I wish you guys all the best!

BBB5Absolutely ***************** if you need any repairs with your garage door.**** answered my call immediately and scheduled me with ease. There was no charge for an estimate like most companies charge and he was able to fix it on the spot! ***** waited on my tenant for 30 minutes for him to get there. He did not have to do that. He rearranged his schedule for us!! ***** completed the job within 35 minutes and the cost was $375 less then the other companies that came out.UPTOWN GARAGE DOORS, LLC I found them ti be Fair, Dependable, Accommodating and Honest!
