Google5My garage door broke pretty badly while opening and I reached out for repair. The team was courteous, quick to respond, and provided fair and competitive pricing. The tech that came out was kind, understanding, and eager to solve our problem. He quickly described the issue and gave an estimate for repair. Came out next day (I had windows on top row, which are custom made) and finished the work quickly and efficiently. 100% would use again.

Google2I met with Sam on 12/29 for a quote from Ellis & Parish Overhead Doors. Despite leaving multiple messages via Google, voicemail, and text, I've received no response. This lack of communication post-initial meeting is unprofessional and has been a significant waste of time.

Google5Sam was awesome to deal with, ordered 2 overhead doors for my post frame building and had to make adjustments to the building to get the doors to work. Sam was very patient with me during that process and helped guide me to make the needed adjustments which he definitely didn't have to do! Will be using him for all my future garage door needs!

Google5Did an amazing job!!! Came out inspected my needs to make sure we got the right opener. Ordered it and came back and installed it perfectly. Having the new opener on my metal barn roll up door has made life easier and more convenient. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
