Google5Had a great experience. We got four other quotes from other companies. 1st rate was the only company that was lower and called us back to follow up. Their customer service was great. The installation was very easy and the tech was very friendly.

Google1Rip off and terrible customer service. I had the garage door springs replaced by them and thought the price was high but was in a bind to get the door open and then discovered that they charged me twice the going rate when I checked with 4 other garage door companies. When I requested a price verification there customer service was terrible and would not return my call until I called them 5 times. Avoid at all costs.

Google2Two stars for coming out next day but charged us $980 for one hour or reconnecting the wire to pull the door and straightening the track. We had to get it done because our mom had just passed away and we needed the house secure. Didn’t even use new parts for anything. Feel we were taken advantage of price wise.

Google5I don’t know much about garage doors but I do know the men came over to repair mine at about 6:30 in the evening after working all day. I accidentally backed into it and couldn’t get out of my garage or close my door. They repaired it and I was able to close it. They also have a warranty on their work.

Google5Antoine was simply the best. He arrived around 2:30 pm on a Sunday. Who knew!!!! Explained the Genie and its features. Said to give him 45 minutes and he would have the install completed. Think he beat that time. He also programmed my Jeep to open and close the garage door.

Google5Amazing, company. I love their same day service. The technician Mike was knowledge and friendly. He came made his assessment and completed job in 30 minutes. If you need immediate work and friendly service this is definitely the company to use. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Angi1Very responsive. Went out on time. Communicated about time of ETA. Once onsite, called with all kinds of phrases about wheels, springs, gears, and performed repair work. Sent an invoice for $1108 with $683 labor for 1.5 hrs work, a $50 service call fee, 3.1% of total added for paying with a credit card. COMPLETE RIP OFF and they are NOT BBB rated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Slick con artists. Tenant signed for the work and they sent me the invoice with a ton of markup and higher labor than the attorney you'll need to fight it.
