Google1I scheduled an appointment a week in advance due to my availability of work. My appointment was for 9 AM. At 9:45 AM. I called into inquire about my appointment. I was told that the owner Zack was personally coming to repair my door and should be in the office soon. Now I’m even more confused, he’s not even at the office yet and my appointment was 45 minutes ago. I received a call back about 10 minutes later informing me Zack would be out at my place in about 20 minutes. However another 45 minutes go by and still no Zack. After two hours past my appointment I called back again and relayed the message to Zack (the owner) stating please do not show up to my address as I’ll take my business elsewhere. Five minutes later my phone rings and it is Zack himself with an attitude. He says to me “what is going on I’m about to pull out with my truck do you need me to come over there or not.” I said you should’ve been here over two hours ago and I’ll take my business elsewhere. It was at that time that Zack just hung up the phone on me. The complete disrespect for another person‘s time only to be followed up with an attitude about why I am wondering where you are two hours later is absolutely ridiculous to me.

Google5I want to highly recommend King’s Overhead Doors in Marietta and especially the owner, Zack. My garage door was damaged and wouldn’t close for 3 days. When no one else was available, Zack came out himself and repaired it for a very reasonable price.

Google5Had an old overhead door that one day just quit working. Called Kings on a Tuesday. He came out Wednesday, got the parts, and on Thursday had me up and running. Even did some maintenance on my other door and had my business up and running again. Door is a whole lot quieter now. Also work was done at a great price as well.

Google5Super friendly people. Replaced my grandmothers garage door after she accidently backed into it. They also came all the way back over when she called saying she was having an issue with it, turns out she had blocked the sensor with her trash can. Once again super friendly and patient.

Google1Contacted last year about overhead door adjustment, agreed to arrive, but never showed or called. This year again on new overhead called and was told the same, never followed through. Total unreliable company. Wrote several comments on their Facebook post but always deleted, maybe if they just admit and respond?

Google5King's was awesome! The garage door had broke, someone came out within a couple days and was able to get the door open so the lawn stuff could be accessed. It was less than a week until the part came in and it was fixed. Super nice people!
