Google5I have been in this area for over 10 years and I have used Overhead Door company of Denison and Taylor and the technicians are nothing short of amazing. They responded quickly even in the cold weather and put up a brand new door for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Google5Bryan did an excellent job repairing my garage door! He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly and even recommended a more economical key pad than he could provide. He also gave me a discount on a higher priced 2 spring option since he didn't have the appropriate single spring on his truck. It was obvious from the first interaction that this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. I called at 9:30 and he was here before noon even though the quoted arrival time was 12-2. Everything was very professional. They texted me with my appointment time and then again when he was on his way and emailed me a receipt. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely recommend them to others.

Google1We ordered two 10 x 10 poly doors with 2 chain hoists. We were contacted and told the installer was loaded and on his way out. We were not home and could not leave to be there for the installation. When we got home the doors were up and chains installed. This caused issues while building the remainder of the building since we were not ready for the doors. Once the building was complete, we realized the chains were installed on the wrong sides of both doors. When we called to request they move the chains, (after several attempts at excuses) we were told it would cost another $220 to move them when they should have confirmed that in the first place. They need someone taking complete orders/directions when taking the orders instead of just worrying about us paying cash. They got their money, we got poor customer service.

Google1Bad first impression! Called them on Monday for garage door installation at home. After calling one number, getting forwarded to a different number twice, I did not know if I was dialing it correctly. Online had 2 different numbers so I called the other number and I think I got the owner. I had some previous engagement Wednesday morning so we set up the installment for Wednesday 1pm. On Tuesday my Wed morning plans changed so I called and texted Overhead Door to inform them I could be at the house at 10am, I was thinking it would not be so hot for the installer earlier in the day-- no response from them Tuesday letting me know if they could make it or not. I also texted and called them Wednesday morning before 8am and 10am when I got to the house. Several attempts to contact them to see what time they could make it with no response. Finally, Wednesday 1pm- nobody shows up. 1:30pm nobody shows up, I called and texted to see if anyone is coming or on the way- the response "Installer on the way". 2:36pm I text again, Nobody here, how long does this process take? I need to leave at 5:30. A few minutes later, a guy called me stating he was in Lake Kiowa and when he finished that job, he will do my door. He said he may be at my house by 4:30pm, I said that would probably be too late, I have to leave by 5pm. He claimed he could install the garage door in 30 minutes. I said I do not want him to rush, he may miss something or may not be a good quality install. I do not want a sloppy job. We hung up, I waited until almost 5pm, called and texted both numbers stating how disappointed I was with their lack of communication and not being on time- or even showing up. I changed my schedule to be available and sit around the house for 7 hours waiting.

Google5I had a horrible disaster happen this past week..... my garage door slammed on the hood of my car oh dear jesus it was scary I immediately called overhead door and told them I needed them asap my car is stuck of course they came out super fast like lightening I can say I am very impressed by them they saved my cars life now if they could fix car hoods that would be a plus. thank yall again.

Google5I had a 16x7 insulated garage door installed at my home. The door and garage door opener was installed in a timely manner, at a fair price, by professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
