Google5We bought our walk in shower from Modern Builders. We are so extremely happy with service we got from Heather in Kitchen and Bath. She guided us through the entire process, including the installation. We can't thank Heather enough. Go visit her she will do a great job for you also.

Google1I paid for a six count order of WD-40 thru Walmart. I received one can. MBS has not returned mine or Walmart's calls or emails. They are clearly not interested in making this right.

Google5I cannot say enough about the quality customer service that Amy Carter provided. She was phenomenal! From design help to installation questions she was always there to help us out. She made us feel like valued customers and I would highly recommend working with her and MBS.

Google1Called in an order. They said it’d be at door 4 with the paperwork. Been here almost an hour waiting for them to get it. Beyond that, they’re unprofessional, & poorly trained. Also made an order and ended up canceling it cause it wasn’t in when I called back a few days after they said it would be. It’d be nice if they stocked more roles of gutter coil too.

Google1The worst company I have dealt with. Ordered the correct item I wanted. 6 days later, wrong part delivered. Requested replacement sent overnight. They sent the SAME WRONG part 6 days later. They acknowledged they screwed up both times. Asked for the 3rd time to send what I ordered overnight. It arrived 2 days later. It held up a $4000 project for 2 and a half weeks and my customer thought I was an idiot because of this companies incompetence. NEVER use this company!!!

Google1I would under no circumstance recommend you do any business with this seller. I was not at all impressed with these cheap shutters. They were a little flimsy for my taste and I decided I wanted a different product. I returned the item, brand new in unused condition, in its original box, in less than 30 days after it was shipped to me. I paid for the return shipping as the seller didn't offer free returns. The seller charged a 20% "restocking fee" despite the fact I followed all of their return instructions and promptly returned unused merchandise. I fail to see why this was warranted or necessary. I messaged the seller and asked for a full refund but all I was given was a generic answer to read their return policy. No where on the item description page does it say this seller does not offer full refunds. Buyer beware - there are plenty of reputable sellers to do business with. Modern Builders Supply is sadly not one of them.
