The spring broke on my garage door stranding my car in the garage. I called Quality Overhead Door to fix it. The woman on the phone was compentent and friendly. She took my information and within 2 hours a technician arrived. The technician explained what was wrong and the solution. 45 minutes later he was finished. The technician cleaned up after himself and explained about the warranty. I was very happy with Quality Overhead Door. If I have any further issues with my garage door I will be sure to call Quality Door.

This is a company that truly stands behind their word. We choose them after several estimates. During the installation of two garage doors, we were told that it would probably be a few hundred more dollars as there was more extensive work than was quoted. I called the office and Lisa Roth took my call and assured me that there was no extra charge for their mistake on the estimate. The installers were professional and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

We needed a repair on our garage door. I called Quality overhead. They were very professional and were able to schedule me between 12-4 the same day. They let me know the service call fee as well. They came out, checked out the door and got to work. When the repair was finished, the bill was a very reasonable price. It was the service fee + $30 for parts. I was expecting a much higher bill. I will definitely use them in the future.

From start to finish the process was great. Started with Robb who came out and showed me options. After selecting the right door he gave me the time frame on when the door would be in and it was right on. The install team came out and were great as well. Installed all new parts. Called Quality to install sun shields on my opener photo eyes, Wade did so swiftly and then proceeded to lube and adjust my door and opener from head to toe! He made them operate and sound like it was brand new, this company goes above and beyond! They get 5 stars from me.

I may not be that important, but I deserve to be treated like a valued customer Upon SEVERAL attempts to get an estimate for a garage door installation, they failed to even call me back. I have moved on to the best. Certainly I will prevail. Poor customer relations with that kind of treatment. They had no answer as to why I hadn't been called back. You can't not call people back. I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business. If they had cared about getting me an estimate they week, I would've said yes to their service availability. MF's I moved on. They called back after reading this review. I still have moved on.

Someone ran into my garage door overnight and left it in shambles. The door itself was badly bent and one of the rails was also bent what I thought was beyond repair. Quality Overhead Door sent someone out within 2 hours of my call to them and what I thought would be a huge estimate to replace the door and rails ended up being repaired on the spot at a very good price. The repair man sure knows his stuff!

Sales person was misleading by promising the garage door opener to be functional after the install. Installers replaced the door on Friday and as the sales person did not indicate that a broken pulley needs to be replaced - they did not have the part with them. They promised to exchange the pulley and reconnect the door to the opener early next week leaving us without garage door opener over the weekend - with a door without external handle or lock - so pretty inconvenient after paying $540. Nobody called us on Monday and upon our complaints, we were told that the exchange of the pulley (a $7 part) would be a $150 service fee. I was considering having them drive out after I exchanged the pulley (an easy 3 minute repair) as the reconnect was explicitly part of the contract but as they insisted on the pulley repair being not part of the contract I told them to forget it. Overall a petty, unprofessional company that I would not recommend! Services Rendered: Replace garage door and fix garage door opener

The old garage presented challenges to the installers, but they worked very hard, and succeeded in removing old doors and apparatus and installing new doors and automatic openers, which work great. We arrived home one day to find our garage door spring had broken. We called Quality Overhead Door on the phone. Within the next day they had somebody come out look at it and repair it. He actually went beyond just repairing the spring. He went a head a greased and oiled all the door parts. He made sure everything was working and tightened thing up. He did a really great job. Who knows? Nobody at the company knows anything. I thought these people might actually know what they were doing with their super-AAA rating. Services Rendered: We ordered a door and paid 10% down on January 3. The sales guy said it would be a couple of weeks. It's a couple of weeks. Two and a half. I phoned. Woman on phone had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Apparently this company does not have computers. I phoned the salesman's cell. He also knew nothing. He had to get back to the office. Nobody has a laptop here?
