Google5The spring broke on my garage door stranding my car in the garage. I called Quality Overhead Door to fix it. The woman on the phone was compentent and friendly. She took my information and within 2 hours a technician arrived. The technician explained what was wrong and the solution. 45 minutes later he was finished. The technician cleaned up after himself and explained about the warranty. I was very happy with Quality Overhead Door. If I have any further issues with my garage door I will be sure to call Quality Door.

Google5One of our two 30-year old garage door openers finally quit working recently. Called Quality Overhead and they were able to come out fairly quickly. Wade and Kirk did an excellent and professional job installing the new openers and sensors. Thanks!

Google5This is a company that truly stands behind their word. We choose them after several estimates. During the installation of two garage doors, we were told that it would probably be a few hundred more dollars as there was more extensive work than was quoted. I called the office and Lisa Roth took my call and assured me that there was no extra charge for their mistake on the estimate. The installers were professional and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Google5Such a fantastic company! They were able to get us in quickly with an appointment that accommodated our schedule so we didn't have to wait. Kirk was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Google5We needed a repair on our garage door. I called Quality overhead. They were very professional and were able to schedule me between 12-4 the same day. They let me know the service call fee as well. They came out, checked out the door and got to work. When the repair was finished, the bill was a very reasonable price. It was the service fee + $30 for parts. I was expecting a much higher bill. I will definitely use them in the future.

Google5From start to finish the process was great. Started with Robb who came out and showed me options. After selecting the right door he gave me the time frame on when the door would be in and it was right on. The install team came out and were great as well. Installed all new parts. I was very satisfied with that. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking at a new garage door.
