Fully transparent -- the price they initially quoted was the price I paid -- no surprises. D&D Doors made a fabulous recommendation to put in two new Overhead doors with a cable system. I was reluctant at first, but the technician knew what he was talking about. The remotes and the connectivity to the car remotes worked seamlessly. They react as soon as I get to the top of my driveway. You can hardly hear the doors when they open and close; they work every time. The pricing was excellent! This is one of the best household purchases I’ve ever made… No exaggeration! It only took him a couple of hours which was less than he had anticipated. He left the house clean and without an ounce of debris. To top it off, he did all of this as one service tech… I highly recommend this company!

Worst service ever, first they installed the unit incorrectly, then lied about what they are going to replace. Trch came over for the third time and grinded down the bad rail and greased it , then told us it was fixed. Ad soon as the grease wears off, the damage will occur again, by then, their one year warranty and responsibility will be over. This is their intention. What a scamming company. I called to talk to manager, and was told she would call me back. I never heard back. After sending someone to fix the bust and grinded bolt they broke off. My work order was closed and this survey request was sent. This unit was installed on a new construction home built by K Hovnanian which does not follow up very well on my work orders either. I will be replacing what they were responsible for, in the next 6 months. Shame on their customer svs and the pride in their craft.

It went great until the garage door kept opening and closing by itself.I called the office and asked for some type of resolve when I asked if it was the new spring that could have caused the problem. The person said no and told me to clean the sensors and I did and still the door was going up and down.I called to set another appointment but decided not to keep it as I didn’t trust the work.I called another company and they came and fixed it in 2 minutes by resetting the motor manually which should have been done by their technicians when he replaced the spring.It cost me another $130 and when I called to ask for a refund to due to the negligence on there part the manager said no. Not a happy customer… Services Rendered: New spring

Excellent. From the customer service staff who scheduled the work to Scott who was the tech they sent out. Everything was great. The new springs and rollers were on in less than 2 hours. Very happy with D & D. They know garage doors and how to take care of them. Price was fair and with the coupon in the St Lucie west living coupon book, they took 20 bucks off the price quoted over the phone. Based upon what they did and what they charged for the work I recommend them highly!!! Services Rendered: Main tension spring replacement
