I called this company on may 25th,2021,They showed up the same day.two gentelmen,i was told one was in training,very polite and knowledgeable,I was given a quote,not an estimate which said it was good for 30 days,I was also told that i needed to lock in because there was going to be a price increase in june.Not june 1stn2nd,5th or 6th but in june.I called around june11th or 12th to tell them i had the down payment,the answering machine said they were on vacation fro may 25th,to june 1st,left message saying call me so i can bring you my down,never received a re turn call,so i called back today june 21st,2021,nice young lady answered the phone,told her what i wanted,she said that there were two pice increases,and that i was told the prices would increase june 6th.not so i was just told in june,that does not matter because i had a quote that read quote good for 30 days,not good until june 6th,the quote is legally binding,so she kept on so i said never mind i don't the door now.They had the nerve to E-MAIL me an up-dated quote with the new QUOTE on it after i said never mind.A quote is a quote not an estimate,I will not pursue this legally,because i wold not trust them now.Just so sad,They seemed so nice and honest,But it was an insult to E-MAIL me the second quote.
