Mitch Parker works both independently & through Lowes who I contacted. The old was removed & disposed of & new was installed. It works better than any garage door I have had. He made sure all old bolts & items were off the garage floor & disposed of. He explained how the new openers worked & the safety features, also where to keep fingers tension places to avoid injury. If I needed any service to a garage door I would call him again. Services Rendered: Removed old garage door & opener & installed new ones
