Things went great! Joey is awesome to have work on garage door issues. This is actually the second time we've used his services. He's friendly, professionally, hard working, works quickly, and his prices are very reasonable. He installed good quality equipment and did not over charge us at all. He's excellent at what he does! He answered right away and I caught him just as he finished another job and he came right away! He had all the tools he needed and fixed it properly making our renter happy and us as well. He did a great job and was quick. It was great having someone to be able to fix this right away without huge fees. My handyman husband normally does most of the repairs but has been so busy at work. It was great finding someone else you can trust to do quality work. I highly recommend him. Big Bear is my go-to garage door company. I've had minor issues with my 20+ year old door (springs, other adjustments needed), and they have always been prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Not home? No problem - they fix it and lock up. I am working on a renovation project now and the existing door is damaged; they are replacing it - called, got a bid quickly, and they're taking care of it within a day or two. Bueno! Services Rendered: Replaced damaged double garage door. In the past, they have repaired and adjusted my door a few times.
