BBB5I recently had Budget Garage Doors install a new door for me as the first step in converting my carport into a garage.I am very happy with the great job they did for me. Ste, the owner, came out to my house several time to make sure all work was done as per our agreement and every employee I dealt with from the office staff, the installers and the ********* were all very nice to me and tried very hard to make sure they gave me the best possible service.I give Budget Garage Doors my highest possible review. Google5Budget Garage Doors was very affordable compared to other company's estimates. The techs William and Elliot were knowledgeable and very helpful in deciding which garage door and openers we should have installed. They had the door in stock and were able to get the job done within 2 days of making their initial service call to give an estimate. I called them initially based on their Google ranking, and they lived up to their reviews.

Google5Absolutely wonderful, same-day repair for my garage door! And this was on a Saturday, no less! Had an open house scheduled Saturday (and today) which they worked around. Fixed the garage door and everything is great. The two technicians who visited and repaired the door were smart, knowledgeable and efficient. I *highly* recommend Budget Garage Doors! Google5Awesome service. Sean replaced our springs and opener today and we could not be happier. Great communication from the office and the technician. He explained everything all along the way and was extremely professional and courteous. Unlike the last company we used, these guys clearly know their stuff.

Google5Had my garage door give out on me Friday afternoon. By Saturday they had come out, took a look at my door. Gave me serval options and on Monday my new door was installed. They did a great job, it was affordable and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Yelp1I had an appt at 9:00am on 11/9. Steven(owner) called to advise he had a situation with a pet and asked if we could reschedule. I said no problem.we agreed 11/10 Friday 10:00-1100am. Friday appointment time came and went without a call or a response to my text asking for an ETA. As of this posting 11/12 at 3:48,I still have heard nothing. Luckily 3 other garage door companies are coming out to give me estimates. I guess Steven and his company have plenty of work and can afford to just leave people hanging ! F@@k budget garage doors !

Yelp5The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday, and I called Budget that afternoon. I was surprised when Steven, the owner, answered. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he had a crew, Dennis & Shawn, at my place within a couple of hours. The crew was fast, professional, and also very personable. There was no upselling of extras I didn't need, but there was lots of free advice on how to maintain my door.

Yelp5Steven was able to replace our failed door quickly even though there are few liftmaster units available right now. He and Tim were masked for our consultation visit. It was 110 degrees yesterday when they installed the unit yet they were friendly and positive throughout the process. We used Budget Garage for another unit and were so happy with the service then we called them back. Steven will tell you the truth and is honest and true to his word.

Yelp1This company wants to charge almost 3 times what other companies in town want to charge. I would use C& D Garage Doors. To rebut the comment made by this company, I used Home advisor and was not aware they were sending information out. The number was my home and I was at work. I had also called this company and left a message giving them my cell phone to contact me. Once I did get a hold of a representative he told me he didn't have the phone that I called and left a message on. As far as them saying no quotes were provided is completely false and for that reason this further solidifies my rating.

Yelp5Looked up garage doors in Home Advisor. They of course suggested 3 different companies, however only one of them called me immediately, Budget Garage Doors & Service. Steven is like having your favorite Uncle working on your house. This Gentleman (and I do mean a true gentleman) was prompt, fair, honest, polite, and efficient. I found his quote to replace my garage door to be very fair and he is the old school kind of businessman who believes in a handshake to seal the deal. I highly recommend you contact this company to do any garage door work you may need. I was in the hospitality industry for 40 years, so I have a very good eye for service. Steven and his son, William know the true meaning of service.

Yelp5Really excellent company! Our garage door broke in the middle of the night. These folks called us back right away and took excellent care of us. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They are very reasonably priced and their work is fantastic. They are extremely nice, well qualified and threw in some extras at no cost. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to a friend. Great guys! It's a family-owned business that they take great pride in and they go out of their way to provide the best possible customer service. If you need your garage door fixed, hire them!

Yelp5Stephen and his son work together on this business. Stephen is very honest and straightforward about product quality and the cost. He offered to use the best quality product or to put in parts that I could purchase beforehand at Lowe's or home depot. He came out in a timely fashion -- even called when he was on the way -- and repaired the parts I requested. He also let me know about other issues and actually showed the issues to me. He offered to add in additional fixes for less cost since he was already on the premises. Then he warranties the work for one year with a tune up too. Then, to my surprise, Six months later Stephen called to see if I needed a checkup. He came back for a check up & to lube the door and even repaired another part that was well worn at no additional cost to me.

Angi5Great! The owner came out soon after our call, installed the opener and set up a yearly maintenance schedule. He also pointed out a crack in the garage door that will need to be dealt with in the future. Price was maybe a little high but the motor is working quietly. Overall a very good experience. Angi5I've never, ever experienced such a professional company as this one. They gave a courtesy call to advise they were going to be a few minutes late. Literally just 10 minutes behind schedule. They explained everything in detail. Job was completed in a timely manner. They even replaced a door handle I took off at no extra charge. They were very polite and observed covid protocols and no pushy sales tactics. Very refreshing. Thank you for coming out on such short notice on New Years Eve day. I truly appreciate it. Angi1I would never hire this company. I had contacted them for an appointment initially for a dent I had found in the door but ended up canceling 2 days in advance since someone was able to come out earlier at a more convenient time. A couple months later I had a different problem with the remotes not working and contacted this company. He refused to schedule me since I had canceled on him one time and went with someone else. After explaining it was a different problem he said “you might be better served with those in whom you have confidence. And a mind is a terrible thing to try to change”. They did refer me to an excellent company though who was able to help. Services Rendered: Remote and outside control not working
