Google5Over the years, I have worked with several Garage door companies. I can gladly tell you Cactus Overhead Garage Doors has been an absolutely great experience. I had an emergency situation where my overhead spring broke. I had to work through my home warranty company and had to deal with alot of difficulties with them. They essentially put me behind 2 days on trying to get this request in motion. They finally put me in contact with Shawn at Cactus. I explained my dilemma to her. She was nothing but professional, understanding, and compassionate to our situation. She was able hop on the phone and worked some magic to get the right parts and technician out to me in no time. Anthony was my technician. He was a true "Rock Star" He was on time, extremely courteous, and professional. He explained to me in detail what work was to be done. He completed the job in just a little over 1 half hour On a job that would have taken a whole day to complete. I can't say enough positives I experienced with Cactus Over Head Doors!

BBB1Never showed up promised several times to reschedule but never showed up . I bought the garage door from them was impressed the first time so I called for repair and they .never showed up..

Google5Moved into new home contacted home warranty company because garage remote wouldn't work properly and they contracted with Cactus Overhead Garage Doors to come out for service. Came out quickly diagnosed and corrected problem within a few minutes then did inspection and found other issues came out next day with parts needed and was fixed within a couple hours. Technician was polite and informative would recommend and use this company again!

Google5Just had a very good experience with Anthony and Shawn from Cactus. I would easily recommend them to family and friends. Long story short, mine was one of the tricky ones. There were a lot of hoops to jump through, due to parts being unavailable and home insurance being tough to navigate, but through it all both Anthony and Shawn were super responsive, very knowledgeable and worked with me through the entire process. Shawn was gracious, patient, and stern when it came to making sure the insurance company did the right thing. She also gave great advice that proved to be a pivotal step in getting this across the goal line. Anthony was also very responsive, punctual and experienced. He explained the process very well. His best quality was attention to detail. He took special care and attention to making sure the brackets were aligned perfectly, so my door would be able to operate with no issues. He also provided excellent maintenance guidance and his warranty details. When he saw that my wall mounted remote wasn't lit up, he took it upon himself to get into the motor assembly and fix the wiring (which I messed up a while back) so that I have a functioning open-close remote. You can't teach that kind of customer service. I appreciated that a lot, in addition to his professionalism and getting the job done right and on-time with no delays. Again, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Cactus Overhead Garage Doors.

Google5This was probably the first home warranty-related service I've received that didn't feel like they went cheap. The service was quick and easy to schedule and the tech, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and did a great job both fixing the issue and answering any questions I had about potential future upgrades.

Yelp4My technician was very polite when he arrived. He talked to me about the problems I was having and explained what had happened and what he would do to fix it. He did have to change times of arrival a couple of time in the day but called and made sure I was aware and okay with it. My repair was covered through my home owners insurance. But I would use them again on my own if I ever need.

Yelp5I've used this company a couple of time. They are professional and explain what they are doing. Definitely a company I would recommend to anyone. Great company and thanks again. They fixed a problem another company had previously done. I'd have to say not a good job. Lots of short cuts. I normally don't mention bad companies but it's so expensive to fix garage doors. Stay away from garage doctor.

Yelp4The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to send a technician quickly. Mickey did a great job handling our solid wood door, I'm sure it wasn't easy. He was able to replace the springs and it's working great. I found Mickey, the technician, to be very kind and courteous. I would use this company again.

Yelp1You cannot get a hold of them. If you happen to be so lucky that they schedule an appointment and do a no-show. They are so unprofessional that I would not recommend them to anyone. It's been over 30 days and I still have not heard from them to replace a part on my garage door

Yelp5We used Cactus Overhead through our warranty company, they scheduled us timely and the repairman showed up when we were told he would. Fixed our problem, he had the part so it took 20 minutes, and he was great. No hassle at all. Good service

Yelp5Cactus Overhead Garage Door was dispatched through our home warranty provider "First American ". Their technician,Brendan, came out the next day as scheduled. Brendan was knowledge and through in replacing our broken spring. He was personable and answered my questions. I would recommend Brendan and Cactus Overhead Garage.

Yelp1They were contracted through First Home Warranty to replace my garage door opener. When they arrived, I was told the rollers on my door needed to be replaced for safety inspection reasons and the warranty would not cover the opener if I did not have the rollers replaced and hardware lubed. This cost me an extra $100. Yes, I called my home warranty office who would not provide an answer to confirm or deny. So, needing my garage door opener to work I agreed. The guy told me the reason my garage door squeaked was the rollers were original +20 years and would effect the lifetime of the opener. They replaced my opener with leas than what I had and my garage door is so loud it wakes the neighbors dogs. They do not answer the phone nor return calls.
