Excellent Service and well-trained staff. They provide a detailed evaluation of the condition of your door and equipment at the time of general service. They do not do use any "hard sell' techniques, but simply give options for longer-term repair and maintenance. Definitely a firm with integrity.

I have always had good service from them. Had a new opener installed 3 years ago and it's still going strong, just today had the door springs replaced. I knew they were bad as the door crashed hard at the bottom and trying to go up. Got a next day appointment, knowledgeable tech and all is good now - so smooth. They have always efficiently taken care of the other things as necessary - re-keying the openers, adding an outdoor keypad, etc. They are not the cheapest but they are quick to respond and the work is always good. I have never had a problem that needed a callback. Time is money..

As I went to my garage to leave for work, I found my garage door spring had broken and my cars were "trapped" inside my garage. I immediately called Elite and told them it was my second day at a new job and asked how soon someone could come out to fix it. Within 45 minutes, the service tech was here repairing my garage door. He was thorough when asked about pricing,,he was professional and efficient. Within less than 30 minutes, my garage door was repaired and I was off to work. I cannot say enough about the efficiency of Elite Garage Doors. I would highly recommend this company. Great job! Thank you so much for the quick, professional and quality workmanship and the urgency that the dispatchers put on my issue!

On 2/4/2020 Elite dispatched a Tech to evaluate my garage door opener. Johnny the tech, stated the motor was fried. I asked how much it would cost to replace it and he said $799.00. This included the belt driven motor, rail and 2 car openers. I needed this immediately, so I approved the replacement of these items. After the job was completed and paid for, I did some research which revealed that this job could have been done for HALF the price through Home Depot. Feel I was ripped off by Elite Garage Door and Gates and the key pad was not even included... Services Rendered: Needed the garage door opener motor removed and replaced...

Technician sold me 2 remotes that he said would work on both doors. I am left with remotes that do not open the door to my garage, and was charged $200 in labor for a <20 minute visit Services Rendered: I needed new garage door remotes.

Precision came out, looked at our door and declared it to be unrepairable. They said we needed a whole new door for $859.11. Being a youth organization, we don't have a lot of money, so we got a second opinion. Another company came out, looked at it, and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes for $85. Precision is now off our provider list. Services Rendered: We had a rolling garage door that wouldn't stay up. There was an issue with the spring.

Had a broken spring on my garage door. I used Angie’s List for find a contractor to fix the garage door. They came out that day, (Impressive) but the quoted for $800. I had to have them repeat the estimate slowly, estimate confirmed at 800 Dollars. That’s 8 One Hundred Dollar bills. I asked if he was replacing the entire door and his response was, “No, just 2 springs”. I told him that I’m going to use someone else and he left. I called their competitor and they estimated the job to be at 200 dollars at the most. I asked their professional opinion regarding why the price of a spring would be so high and their response was laughter. So, just beware that Precision Door Service may try to rip you off. Services Rendered: Broken Spring on Garage Door.

Garage door appears to be working fine post repair. I didn't have time to research so my spouse called - we spent at least $100 - $150 more than necessary in my opinion and based on highest estimates I can find online. Don't like the fact that I didn't receive an invoice at the time of the payment transaction. All electronic on an i-pad. Price included a 10 year warranty....but again no paperwork at time of transaction so....who knows. We called at 9:30am and advised it would be 4:00pm - ended up being about 7:00pm arrival. Fortunately we didn't have to go anywhere tonight or would be dealing with this again tomorrow. Services Rendered: Door Spring was broken - know enough to know that both springs need to be replaced, so had that done. Repairman (Scott) diagnosed needed springs, and repaired in about 75 min. Appeared to be competent at the work.
