Google1This company lacks professionalism. The service guy wore no uniform, was likely a sub-contractor and was worse than a door-to0-door vaccum cleaner salesman. After looking at my unit, he tried to upsale me for a $1500 service package. when i declined, he offered to service 3 for the price of 2 for $800. When i finally asked him to fix the one that wasnt working, he spent less than 5 minutes, basically unplugged it and plugged it back in and then charged me $300. i contacted the office and instead of apologizing or offering to make it right they said "we cannot be compared to other service industries" to justify what was a ridiculous price gouging. Use A1 Garage. They are infinitely better. I wish i could give them a 0 star rating

Google1I would give them 0 if it would let me! I would not call these people ever! The tech showed up, looked completely unprofessional, no uniform, no company truck, nothing. Its a brand new home with new garage doors and he tried to sell me new rollers, new upgraded units, the works. i had one garage door that wouldnt open all the way. He took 3 minutes, and basically unplugged it and plugged it back in, sprayed some lubricant on my spring and charged me $300!!!!. When i called to question it the lady told me that anytime they fix the motor (mind you he didnt replace anything, didnt take anything apart, didnt do anything other than a reset by pushing a few buttons) its $249!

Google5I called to schedule a visit which I assumed would be for a date in the next 7 to 10 days. They offered me an appointment the same day, and Jose showed up a couple of hours later. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to take care of the problems I was experiencing. Very pleased with my experience

Google1When we got a door installed the employee left screws all over our driveway and today the door rollers came out of the frame and it looks like one roller was not even installed. No you are saying we have to pay to get this fixed. I do not believe this door was ever properly installed and more than that it is a safety hazard. Your operator told me that it was out of warranty if we were passed 90 days. I believe that if we seek legal recourse we will prevail on an implied warranty of merchantability. Please advise how you intend on making this right.

Google1Guys, choose carefully. There are a lot of imitators out there. These guys quoted me a simple garage door fix for $1500. Overhead door of is Tulsa's original garage door company. These guys fixed my door for $131 NOT $1500 like these guys wanted. Again, there is a lot of companies with similar names. Chose Overhead Door every time!!!!

Google5Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He made a quick diagnosis and took care of the problem. He didn’t try to sell me a new door like I had another garage door company do. OGD is honest and I will call them the next time I have a garage door problem.

Angi5Called because my Garage Door kept sticking. They came out quickly and completely readjusted my door. Turns out it was NEVER installed correctly from the other company that installed it. Now its whisper quiet (used to clang and squeak going up and down) and completely seals my Garage. The technician was a true Garage door professional. Angi5I called All Hours Overhead Door because my garage door wouldn't shut all the way. The receptionist said that Jim, the technician, would call me to help guide me by phone to try and rectify the problem. Within minutes Jim called, and he spent a good 15 minutes troubleshooting the problem by phone. He was patient and explained the troubleshooting steps in detail by phone. By the end of our conversation, my garage door was closing again with no problems. I was very grateful that he was very easy to talk with and willing to donate his time by phone to help me fix the problem. i would highly recommend All Hours Overhead Door for all your garage door needs. Angi5went very well no issues. Jim was very professional and explained everything Services Rendered: I had garage door problems on Saturday, my garage door opener was very old. Jim came out and recommended replacement. We agreed and he came back on Monday and put in a new Liftmaster/Chamberlain door opener

Angi5The work was excellent and I was very happy with it. It was nice that they were able to get to me right away Services Rendered: I opened my garage door and heard a noise. I went to close it and it went about 6 inches and stopped and lodged. I had to leave soon so I found this company and they were there within 30 or 40 minutes. They replaced the rollers on the door and replaced some additional parts, adjusted necessary parts including the chain, and oiled the door. It works just fine now after the repair.
