Google5We Purchased a garage door three years ago and they’ve been kind enough to hold it until we were ready for it. Things happened and we no longer needed the garage door and they were standup people and refunded us our money when they certainly didn’t have to. We so appreciate this and that that’s how you run a business.

Google1Biggest waste of $110 i ever spent on "lubricated doors". 0 out of 5. I called Overhead Garage of Tulsa bc they were at the top of Google results, looked locally owned and reputable who came out for a service call today to look at one of our garage door overhead openers. My husband and I suspected the motor might be bad, so we ordered a replacement on Amazon in advance just in case it cant be fixed. It arrives this eve. The service guy came to our house, was here for about 10 mins to look it over and determine there was nothing AT ALL he could do. He had no spare remotes he could sell me (one of my issues is our last tenant took the garage door remotes). Couldn't install a new motor. Couldn't reprogram the side panels. Nada, zilch. He said he did me a favor by checking the estimated cost w his office which would be ~$200 in labor, in addition to another $110 service call fee to install the new motor. I asked him if they would waive the 2nd fee since he was not able to do anything for me today and he said "no ma'am, unfortunately you made the call and I came out here." Note: this does not include the $200 cost of the motor we ordered. Okay, great 👍 I explained to him how its bad business to charge people for services they never rendered. At the very least they should have heavily discounted the service call, which barely even amounted to a consultation, but he didnt care. Hey Gus, kick rocks 🪨

Google1Maybe my first negative review ever but I feel like this one has been earned. I have contacted this company 5 times to get a quote. They sent a gentlemen out to do the quote and I never received the quote. I followed up 4 times. I continuously get the run around. I have spoken to a human every time and never got anywhere. I feel like maybe they are currently having serious management issues as they seem to be reputable in the past. No idea what else to do. I was hoping to use them for my garage doors since they installed the original ones. If your reading this, I hope you have better luck than me.

Google5Have used Overhead Door for 14 years now and can honestly say i have no complaints. They have always done a great job servicing our garage door. Lately we had been having a problem with it sporadically not opening while using the remote so we called them. Making the appointment was easy and Shawn showed up at the allotted time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I am happy to say the issue was fixed quickly. Will definitely continue to use Overhead Door.

Google5Andy & Dustin arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. They knew what they were doing. They were very efficient with the layout/staging of the garage door parts and installation execution. From what I saw, Andy and Dustin work well together. I am very happy with their work and the Overhead Door product.

Google5Andy and Dustin did a fantastic job installing my new garage motor! They were very nice and friendly. They looked at everything to see if there were any other issues that should be taken care of. They also installed it extremely quick. I think it was less than 30 minutes.
