Google1Had Jason come out to look at a garage door keypad that wasn’t working. He said it was broke and we needed a new garage door opener for $600. He did say he would take off the $95 service fee for coming out. I said I would call him back. The next morning I receive a call that they were on their way to replace it even though we had not called them back. My husband bought a new $20 keypad from Amazon and fixed it in 15 minutes.

Google1Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. Jason came out to give us an estimate for a garage door that wouldn’t lift. He told us we needed to replace the pulleys, springs, controller, and door itself to the tune of over $3k. Second estimate was a $60 part and $75 labor to install. Do your due diligence!

Google5Jason quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the stubborn springs, replaced the logic board (lightning hit), including all remotes reprogrammed and greased wheels all in lightning fast speed and accuracy. Service fee was straight up and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Google5Jason was amazing. He showed up on time very respectful of my time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs in less than 15min. he was in and out of my house in about 25min total I believe he charges fairly for what he does. I would 100% recommend him for your garage repair needs.

Google5I called them and they had a technician available within an hour. The tech, Jason, met me at my house to discuss the issues I had and immediately discovered the source of my concerns. He replaced the rollers, adjusted the open position, fixed my outer keypad that hasn’t worked in years, replaced the inner wall pad at my request and he was done within 30-45 minutes. Everything went perfectly smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks again, Jason and Pro Overhead Door!

Yelp1I called this company to repair a garage door springs and once I arrive the tech from pride garage door went off on me for calling him out to fix the springs on the garage door . I later learned that this guy was the owner of Pride Garage Door - he is really disrespectful and very unprofessional ! I ask him for a receipt he said we don't give hand receipts . This guy open the garage door opener without my permission and left it open the lights was hanging and the logic board was off and he did not put it back together and I ask him who told you to open the garage door opener ? He just looked at me and said , " since I was here I just took a look at it," I said sir you were only called to fix the springs on the garage and nothing else. This company do not respect peoples homes nor peoples.
