Excellent, excellent people and service! My one garage door would not open and the second door wasn't opening all the way. Their response time was fast and very much appreciated. Both of my doors had 20 yr old openers on them and in the end I replaced one, had new rollers put on both doors and new springs. The tech (Mr Chang) was very professional, polite and clean. He explained what was going on with my old units and recommended what I could do. There was no hard sell, just information. The repairs and installation took about 2 hours and I was very happy with the results, products he used and the final price. I especially like the lifetime warranty. I HIGHLY recommend this company and be sure to ask for Mr Chang to do your repairs.
