Angi5Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service. Services Rendered: Needed to replace the siding on our house

Angi5Excellent!!!! Services Rendered: We had vinyl siding on our home that had hail damage and some had even blown off in a wind storm several months ago so I did extensive online research for a Tulsa siding company to replace all of our siding. Tulsa Renew came up right away with outstanding reviews so I set up an appointment with them. Steven, the owner came out and gave me some great ideas! It was like he “just got me” and we signed up with him. Our home is a registered historic house in the Swan Lake district so we needed to go to the Preservation Committee for the City of Tulsa for approval. Steven handled all of these meetings for us as our representative and got us approved in no time. The only material that the Tulsa Preservation Society will let anyone use on historic homes are wood or the James Hardie siding product. We knew we didn’t want to go back with wood because of the obvious maintenance so went with the Hardie siding. Steven was able to match the way the house looked originally by using a smooth Hardie plank lap siding with the same width lap it had from the 20’s. He even had his guys install a whole new front door and custom shutters they made out of the Hardie trim. Looks amazing and we LOVE the simple, clean look. Hire these guys!!! They are AMAZING!!!

Angi5The project manager showed up and went over the details of the project , the painters showed up on time , they finished in 2 days including primer , caulking , and painting . Not one paint drop where it shouldn't be , they masked everything and really payed attention to every detail . The final price was exactly the bid amount .These guys are excellent ! Services Rendered: Steven and Tulsa renew totally changed the look of my business ! They installed wood on the headers of my 12 garage doors , installed wood on the ceilings of the patio , repainted the entire exterior of the building .it looks AWESOME !

Angi5I can not say enough about this crew. I have never meet a group of guys that worked so will together. They knew what had to be done and they got right to work doing the job. They answered all question's. They where here on time everyday they worked very hard from the first day until the last day. This crew even worked when it was cold out side all day not one of them complained. They cleaned up and put their tools away every night. They came back the next day ready to work with smile's on there faces. It was a very nice experience to see how the crew and manages liked their jobs and did a Very Very good job. My house really needed the work done and to see how this company cared so much that they took an ugly house and made her beautiful again I can not thank Tulsa ReNew Owner Steve Jones and his crew for all they did to my house. I would call and talk to Steve Jones with Tulsa ReNew he will get the job done and done right Thank you all again. Services Rendered: We had siding, 15 windows, 2 doors, and Garage door replaced.

Angi5Wonderful experience! Services Rendered: Tulsa ReNew recently replaced all the siding on our home with Hardiplank siding, replaced several doors, replaced the guttering, painted the exterior, and addressed numerous areas of broken brick. The entire experience was wonderful! Steven takes great pride in his work and his crew does an amazing job. The job site was cleaned every evening, the crew was prompt and polite, and Steven was on site multiple times a day checking progress and keeping us updated. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. Could not be happier with the outcome and the service of Steven Jones and Tulsa ReNew. Highly recommend!

Angi2The experience was semi-pleasant. The project showed good workmanship until it was time to do the french doors, the front door, and windows. The painting and stone work were done beautifully. The front door and the french doors have to be reinstalled and are still not right. The windows were never caulked properly. One of the outside fixtures still doesn't work correctly. I would like to note that Mr Steven Jones was late for every appointment except for the initial one where we signed the contracts. Mr Jones, company's owner, did not seem to understand that the doors and the windows were leaking air and that it was costing me money. He said that it would be approximately 2 weeks before he could return, as I refused to allow the subcontractors who did the unacceptable work back into my home. Mr. Jones did most of his communication via text which I did not like because I might not get his message until the next day. He now is not communicating with me, at all, and I have started a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. If we cannot resolve the matter through them, I will be filing in district court. *Update* 01/26/2012 Still have not resolved all the issues with Tulsa Renew. As of last week, the BBB was allowing Mr. Jones and Tulsa Renew 7 business days to correct the outstanding issues and reimburse me for damages caused by his company. Since the service was performed in October of 2011, I find it very sad that a contractor has to be forced to do what is right by wither the BBB or a court of law when they claim to be an honest company. Why should a customer have to wait 3 months to have issues addressed and problems fixed? They shouldn't. PERIOD. I hope you will think long and hard before using this company or individual to do any work on your home. Services Rendered: Tulsa Renew installed Hardie Board siding and painted it, stone, 3 doors (outside garage door, front door, and french doors in the back of my home, 3 replacement windows, replacement a garage door, and replaced 2 outside lighting fixtures.
