Google5Ryan and Riley installed a new opener for us today. They did a GREAT job. They took their time and explained the new features, programmed my old remote, and even programmed the remote in my truck. They came to install a new opener, but they noticed that the weatherstripping was coming loose and even tacked that back up like brand new. Well done...first class. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Google1Would like to give zero stars! Just an FYI. Anyone that has or is going to have a building put up by Miller Garage Door Company, make sure they put a drip edge extension on before they finish their work. The water on our 2 year old building is predominantly running behind the gutter and will certainly, over time, rot out the fascia board on your garage. Poor workmanship at best. My fault for not checking this issue earlier as the "warranty" had expired on my building. But in my defense, why would I not think the gutter system would be up to par? So now we have to fix that. Also the ridge vent was also improperly installed with short roofing nails. Not the longer nails that should have been used. I had 2 different companies tell me the same thing about the nails after it blew off. We had to replace that. Called to express my concern with the owner and was told "we can schedule a repair, at cost". Seems a reputable company would stand behind their work and make the repair, knowing it's a result of their work. Not a good company and they do not stand behind their work. They are more than happy to take your money!! After that they are gone!

Google5Miller garage door repaired my crooked door and fixed the gasket replaced the light bulbs and explained why it wasn’t necessary to replace the original motor because it still is in good condition. The young man who did the work was very thorough and kept things clean. I’m happy with the work that was done. Good people!

Google5Gary was awesome to work with! I had 2 doors with openers installed and my door height raised from 7 to 8ft. After I proceeded to hiring for 2 more doors and new sidewalks. Super happy with my entire experience.

Google5Couldn't be more satisfied withe the excellent service we received. Called in the morning and left a message that our garage door needed service. Received a call back within 2 hours and scheduled maintenance next morning. Ryan showed up next morning exactly on time and quickly diagnosed a broken spring. Replaced both springs at my request, lubed and adjusted pulleys and door rollers, all in about an hour. Pleasant gentleman, professional service. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Google5Miller garage door is just around the corner from me so when my garage door broke a torsion spring I called at 11:20 AM and asked for service the next day since I was leaving around 2:30. Gary had a better idea. In addition to a good price he said his guy would be out in 1 hour and that it would take only 30 minutes to repair, At 12:20 here comes the miller van up my driveway. Ryan was the guy. He replaced both springs, oiled the hinges and greased the door opener screw. Fixed and very quiet now.. All in less then 2 hours from the phone call.. Will use Miller again..

Google5Called Gary too look at my garage door which was binding at times. Sent his guys out right away and found and replaced 6 wheels on my garage door which were bad. They lubed the door and adjusted the chain on drive unit. Door works really great again. Was very pleased with the guys who fixed my door. They were very kind and smart and replaced only what was needed. No oversell to try to fix. They knew what it needed and fixed no problem. Really nice knowing he's there if and perhaps when I need repairs. Gotta love the reliable people you can count on no matter what. Been dealing with him for years and he is always willing to help.
