Google1They need to get trucks out faster, waiting hours too get loaded for 5 pallets is unreal and makes me late for my other stops , I cringe when I see this place on my route

Google5I'm a Driver for Transcar Express and we have a dedicated run with them. From Brownsville, Texas where we are from to Baltic 1,600 miles 1 way. Most of the time its drop&hook but live unloads usually take less than an hour. Usually about 30-45 mins. They have great people, restrooms and you can sleep on site just stay out back I guess. Only bad thing is cell service ain't that great. I got T-Mobile and this is like the only place I cant get good service. But you may be able to drop trailer go pass out by the Walmart and come back in the AM, just ask first. I'll deliver again in the AM and if I remember to I'll ask and update this post. Keep it sunny side up yall.

Google5I searched locally for the small bracket that holds the Genie door opener to the wall. Could not find anything nearby that would work. Searched on line. Sent out requests to several detailing my search, including a picture with what we needed. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call from a very nice lady. She thought they might have something that would work, not exactly what we had, but a genuine replacement. I think it cost less than $15.00 for the part and shipping. It worked perfectly!!! I wish now I remembered her name... I cannot say enough good things about a company that has employees like this. She was after hours, calling me at home.

Google1The Baltic plant is by far the worst one to work at. Understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated. Got let go because I was using the restroom since I have gallbladder issues. Floor leads are drunk douche bags and have drinking parties why on shifts. Place is a complete mess.
