BBB1I had John ***** come out to look at 3 recently installed garage doors by someone else. The issue was the framing prior to the installs was inadequate and the openings were out of plumb. He said no problem he could take care of it. They had to be completely removed and the framing had to be built up to the proper specs. Cost was over $3000. This was almost all labor and some lumber. While John was on location he helped his guys but left the job before the third door was completed. As I watched his worker doing the framing of the third door, I could see what he was doing was not going to provide proper plumb. His worker told me not to worry, when it’s done it will be right. Well when he was done it was not right. I had also purchased a brand new door for another location and when that came in and they came to install it, I showed John the issue with the bad door install. He agreed and said his worker did not put the extra strip of wood in to make it plumb and he would be back the end of that week to fix it. He delayed that when the time came and now it has been over four months. I talk to him regularly and he keeps saying he’s going to do it but I have lost confidence and feel like I’m just getting the runaround. Writing this negative review is the last thing I want to do but I feel like he’s playing games and has no intention of making good on his promise. I will probably be doing the repair myself in the near future.

Google1I have called and send this man pictures of my garage door. He Never replied nor answer my calls. Now that I think about it glad he didn't and will definitely take my services somewhere else.

Google5David was incredible! He called around 20 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The install of the new motor, as well as the other parts and pieces, was seamless. He was tactful and very polite. I would openly endorse Davis Garage Doors & Repairs to anyone needing overhead garage door maintenance!!
