Google1Don’t think the low stars is a fluke. I’ve called this company 4 times in the last two weeks just trying to get a quote on a garage door. Not even a single attempt to call me back.

Google5So grateful to Overhead employees (Jeremy, Scott and Sterling) for getting my gate back up and running. It literally fell off the hinges - it is running so smoothly now, It’s better than new. Appreciate the custom modifications OD made to strengthen the hinges (existing problem from a repair made by a previous company). You guys always do a great job and I really appreciate it. I appreciate the great communication and quality work.

Google1I made an appointment and waited around the house all day because no time frame was given. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before. I never got a call or a follow up call to apologize. I also pushed back a trip for a day to have the repairs done. This is not how you run a service company. It makes the customer their time is unimportant.

Google5Service call was fast. He fixed one garage door quickly and inspected the other one. Found an issue there and fixed it too. Great guys. Great price. I highly recommend.

Google5My chain became loose & door would not work. Tristan & Jeremiah from Overhead Door located at 2000 Anthony Drive Tyler was at my on Friday morning. They fixed the problem quickly & explained what had happened. Two extremely well mannered young men. Thank you Tristan & Jeremiah for doing a good job & explaining things to me. After a few more weeks my new door would Not open with the button right out side my door. They came out & said the people that installed it originally crossed the wires. They changed wires & it worked great for 2 weeks & once again has stopped working. I called & they are coming tomorrow 10/22/24. Must be a short somewhere! Seems strange MC Jacksonville TX

Google1Our garage door spring broke over the weekend so we were unable get vehicles out of the garage. I called them and told them what was wrong and asked for a price. i was told around $300 i said come out and fix the door. The technician was there for about 30 minutes and the bill was almost $600. I will be Calling OGD next time as there price is what they say.

You all have helped our company with our gate, provided openers and have always provided excellent service! Very friendly from beginning to end and always reasonably priced. Google5I called Overhead Door Company about a broken spring and broken chain on the door. They took care of it quick fast in a jiffy. Unlike their competitors that want to charge an arm and a leg. Overhead door company price was affordable and their staff was amazing. Their receptionist explain to me in detail about pricing and what needed to be done in order to get me back up and running. Their technicians were polite and handle the issue with eased. If I ever have any other issue with my garage door, I will make sure to reach out to this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Overhead Door Company.
