Google5Our garage door broke yesterday. I called Overhead Door yesterday afternoon and they called me back this morning. In the afternoon, the door was repaired. We are thrilled and so relieved that the repair happened that fast.

Google5Called at 0900 and left a message. Got a call back at 0910 to meet him at my girlfriend’s garage at 0945 for an estimate. New torsion springs installed and balanced and even tightened the opener chain by 1210! Doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend.

Google5Pete was extremely helpful on fixing our garage doors. He was very prompt to respond, inspect and repair what was out of commission. My family and I just moved back to the area and needed help with this matter ASAP. I highly recommend reaching out to the ‘Overhead door company’ if you need help with your garage doors. Definitely a great experience.

Google5Last fall the spring broke on our garage door and it required two people to open it. Because of space issues, we have to park one car in the garage in the winter so we needed it fixed ASAP. We followed a line of recommendations- for a friend who does garage doors, this or that company, "have you tried calling ________?, no returned calls, no interest in the job... it was weeks of this. I must have called every other place or person in MQT county that works on garage doors. Then, I don't remember what led me to finally call Overhead Door, but Pete was extremely responsive. He came out to look at the door right away and came back promptly to fix it. His price was very reasonable and he was pleasant to work with. A couple of weeks ago our door had another issue (long story, totally our fault). I contacted Pete and he was back to fix it in no time. Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced.

Google5We had issues with our garage door opening. Overhead Door came out and fixed it quickly and cost effectively for us. We have had Overhead Door garage doors for over 20 years and never have had a complaint. Whenever we have had issues they always get to them quickly and fix them the first time.

Google5My ancient, wall-mounted garage door opener button failed. I stopped by Overhead Door to see when I could get it repaired. Pete immediately followed me to my home and within minutes, he had replaced the remote button. I didn't expect that immediate service, but it made my day. Pete was polite and knowledgable. I would definitely use his company again. (Note: The company recently moved, websites & google searches are not yet updated. New address is 1009 W. Bluff St.)

Google1Said they'd call to schedule a time to come assess my elderly grandmother's garage door that won't close. 2 weeks later they showed up unannounced and left without even knocking. Followed up with them to hear "we don't know if we have the parts to fix it. Will have to check the warehouse and call back in a week." It's been 2 weeks now with no word. Overhead Doors...You're fired.
