Google5We had a spring on our 1960s garage door break and knock the brace that was holding it out of place. A service technician came out and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed as well as the time and estimated cost of the repair. We asked that he replace and repair any other worn parts on our door to make sure it operates as it should. Work was done professionally and with care in the timeframe described. All old parts were removed and disposed. He went above and beyond making sure the old door had all the safety wires and was working well! Thanks!

Google5Excellent customer service when I called they said it would be a couple hours before some one could come out. With in the hour they were at my house and temporarily fixed door so we could use garage door. And measured for replacement springs and. Once the springs came in they were there promptly had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend there service for sure, in the future they will be my only call.

Google1I was there on a Friday. The lady told me to come back on Wednesday and there would be a person on site to re-key my 2 door locks. After taking the locks out and bringing them on Wednesday that same lady told me no one was available. That being said, if you need keys made they are fine. If you need service or reliability I can not recommend Wolverine.

Google5One of our garage door cables broke last week. I called Wolverine that day, they said they were a little backed up and it might be 2 or 3 weeks before they could get to us. 1 week later they were here, replaced springs, cables and pulleys on one door, replaced cables on second door, inspected all the rollers on both doors, beefed up some of mounting brackets for the rails. Both doors now work perfectly! Total time about 2.5 hours! Great job!

Google5I just moved to the area and had to have my locks re-keyed. The receptionist and technician where extremely friendly and helpful. They came out the same day and where done very quickly. I also didn't have the garage door openers and the tech helped me reprogram that too. I highly recommend them!
