Ray Perez did an exceptional job. Very thorough. Said it would be about an hour and it was. He has a great personality and knows what he’s doing. Very pleased!

Our garage door wouldn’t close so we called to schedule a consultation. A technician, Rey, came the next day. The company contacted me before the technician arrived with a picture and bio of Rey and the time he would be there. He also contacted me before he arrived. The repairs we needed, he was able to do on the spot. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we had an excellent experience and highly recommend them! It’s been almost 4 months since the repairs and everything still works perfectly.

My service tech Shawn was so helpful. I called yesterday and he was at my residence today! I called because of a motor issue on one side of my garage. He consulted with me, patiently explained what needed to be done for the long term health of my system. I ended up replacing both units. Whole I wasn’t expecting to do all that today, Shawn’s explanation helped me to make the best decision. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

Aaron performed the repair in a professional manner. However, the price was extremely expensive compared to what other contractors would have charged. My mom is 100 years old and needed her garage door repaired immediately since it is her primary means to get in/out of her house. Precision charged her $200 to determine what needed repaired, $188 for 2 torsion cables, over $200 for 3 flanged ball bearings and over $200 for 2 ten inch drums. Average costs for all of these parts is under $200, which equates to paying $600 for labor. The repairs took less than 2 hours to complete. So, about $300/hour. I called Precision the day after the repairs and was told that just their rate schedule. Afterwards, I also contacted a few other local contractors and each said same repairs would be between $500-600. If time permits in ur case, get at least 2 -quotes and avoid Precisions excessive labor charges.

My garage door was damaged so I called Precision. It was close to 4pm and they came out that afternoon, assessed the situation, and came back the next day with 2 new panels and other parts to make it work well again. I was very impressed with Logan who was knowledgeable, skilled, and answered all of my questions. Highly satisfied.

My parents needed their garage repaired. They had reached out to another company that never came when promised. Contacted Precision and they came today as scheduled, even earlier than expected. Got the repair done quickly and efficiently! The technician, Shawn, did a great job! Would definitely recommend!

Following Hurricane Helene, we needed a new garage door. We called Precision and were pleased with the sales presentation and installation by Matt and Logan. With all the repairs needed in South Georgia, it took about 6 weeks for the door to arrive from the manufacturer, but it was installed the day after it was received. Communication during the waiting period could have been better, but when we spoke to Nathan, the installation manager, he was respectful and responsive.
