Glenn was great to work with, and really made the process feel like a breeze. I felt that their pricing was very fair, particularly with the quality of the doors and installation service provided.

Contracted PSS to build a breezeway gate after talking to a number of other vendors in Ventura. As they were recommended to us by a contractor friend, we had high hopes. The process started off well and seemed to be well managed. However when the first gate arrived it was completely the wrong size and didn't match the signed drawings. PSS said that their vendor had built it wrong and that they would get another one made. After more than 6 weeks a second gate arrived and was also built wrong (too thick to open/close). Tim at PSS was very apologetic but the 3rd try still took more than 6 weeks to get. By the time an actual working gate was installed, it had been nearly 6 months from our initial order. In addition, several features of the gate that we had discussed with the sales person were missing and PSS was unresponsive in our repeated requests to finish. After two months, the gate is now leaning in the frame and I need to periodically lift it and re-tighten the hinges. Overall, I would not recommend PSS for projects of this type. Sadly there are few competent options in the Ventura area.
