Yelp5I had a very unusual garage door that was having a lot of issues. I couldn't program my garage door, so I called in. I was expecting to pay for the service ($80) but he said he was willing to help me over the phone without charging me. I ended up calling him four times and he was always patient and very helpful. I can tell he is running an honest, kind-hearted business. I'm so grateful, and would highly recommend their service.

Yelp5It's not very often nowadays when you can find a person or a company to do work around the house that doesn't give you the feeling of getting taken. Kiki is absolutely the best I have ever had at my home. He worked tirelessly throughout the day and into the early evening on the 4th of July. The job he did was perfection. If you need any work on a garage door Kiki is the best, bar none. Thanks Kiki. It was a pleasure watching you work your magic.

Yelp5Called this morning (on a Saturday) and Kiki answered right away. He was at my house within an hour. Great service, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I ended up scheduling him to come out later in the week to fix the locking mechanism inside our company's office door which he does as well. He will be my new door repairman for both home and office. Thank you Kiki!!

Yelp5This is the best Garage door service company I ever used. Enrique came out on a Sunday had my door fixed quick and even fixed my sensors with out being asked to do so. Shop no longer these guys are number 1 in my book! Thanks Enrique.

Yelp3I was completely surprised that at the end of a $750 job the Kiki's technician told me to go Home Depot to get parts and then drill a hole in my garage doors for an emergency release mechanism. Is this really how you do business? I am very unsatisfied and upset. I can't believe you would not find a way to make good and make your customer happy. The tech returned two days later for an additional charge finishing the job. I don't think it should be the customers' responsibility to know all aspects of automatic garage door repair installation. The emergency release mechanism should be part of the job and not up to the client to insist on. Please revise your policies so other customers are not treated this way.
