Google5AMAZING! What an amazing experience with Lifetime. We had all but given up on using our very old single car garage. Over the years, it had tilted so much we couldn't open the garage door. As a last attempt before replacing it, we called Lifetime. Neal came out right away, spent some time figuring it out and said he could do it! Couple days later, Neal and his team spent one day building a new frame and replacing the garage door! Works like a charm now. We would definitely call Lifetime again!

Google5Stunningly easy to get my garage door fixed and back to normal. Less than 3 minutes on the phone, great communication updates on timing of the service, and a super friendly and capable worker (Victor) showed up on time the same day. Better still: Victor had all the parts & tools needed to get the job done right away - he was in and out in 20 minutes and my garage works great. Victor was respectful, funny, adaptable, prepared, and a delight to have work in my home. Total cost was less than I expected, too. When my other garage door inevitably fails I will definitely call Lifetime Overhead Door again.

Google5I called Lifetime Overhead Door this morning about a garage door that was coming out of the railing. I was told that a technician was working in the area and would call me to and let me know when he could stop by. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from Joey who was out on another call. He told me that he would be able to stop by in about 20 minutes to check the problem. After another call to let me know he was on his way, he arrived and fixed the problem quickly and completely. From initial call to problem solved was less than two hours. Professional, friendly, thorough. Very impressed with him and Lifetime Overhead Door!

Google5My garage door got messed up while opening one evening (came off the tracks, part of the track got bent, etc.). Called Lifetime Overhead Door the next morning and they arranged one of their specialists to come out the same day. Matt gave me a quick quote on repairing it and got it done within half an hour. The repair was a bit pricier than I had wanted to spend, but it came with a 180 day warranty if the problem happened again and Matt clearly knew what he was doing. He even got the bent track looking good again. I'd highly recommend Lifetime and cam tell you that they are honest and they do a thorough investigation of the issue before they quote and start working. Many can learn from Lifetime.

Google5Highly recommend Lifetime Overhead Door! There is a definite reason this company has so many positive reviews. From the moment I initiated my call with Jason, to the conclusion of the job 4 hours later, I was totally pleased with the service. The door on my garage wouldn't respond to the opener and I had no key manually open it. Jason was a relentless tech who never gave up, even after a frustrated locksmith did. He worked on the cylindrical lock and popped it, releasing the unit to open the door. He then replaced the 20 year old lift unit and key pad, in record time. He showed nothing but respect and competence in his interactions with me, as well as completing the job to my satisfaction. Thank you, Lifetime Overhead Door!

Google5Peter from Lifetime Overhead Door Repair came to my garage with the service track that is like a mobile garage door store! LOL. He had everything you might need for your garage with him. I love to see local contractors in Camarillo that takes their job seriously. The door only opening couple inches. Peter looked at the door from inside the garage and spotted the broken spring. But he did not stop, Lifetime Overhead Door Repair train the technicians to be thorough. He went over every part of the garage including the opener. Only then he gave me the price and told me what needs to be done. Price seemed reasonable and matched what I read online prior to calling Lifetime Overhead Door Repair. About half an hour to install the new torsion springs. Door is back to life. Couldn't be happier with the price and the service I got from Lifetime Overhead Door Repair.
